Good stay easy to commute
Pros:

Our stay was comfortable property was exactly same as shown in photos, all the facilities were available as described. Property is in the main City Taksim Square, good food nearby, walking distance to shopping, Metro train and bus station.
Value for money

Cons:

Property on the top of pub so bit noisy till late night.

Pros:

I unfortunately experienced several serious issues during this stay. First of all, there is no reception at the property. I especially do not recommend booking this place during winter, as it is very difficult to find someone to contact when a problem occurs.

On the day of arrival, despite calling many times, my calls were either unanswered or I was told “we will be there in 10 minutes.” In reality, I ended up waiting outside for approximately 40–50 minutes in cold, snowy weather while holding my luggage. Eventually, the key was brought by someone from the hotel across the street, even though I did not book that hotel — I booked this apartment. This situation was confusing and very frustrating.

The apartment itself was spacious, and the location was good. However, although the design seems intended to have a historical style, the overall condition felt poorly maintained.

One of the most serious issues was related to the bed. The headboard was loose, and during the day, while I lay down to rest and fell asleep, the headboard suddenly fell on my head. This raised serious safety concerns. After this incident, I did not want to stay there overnight and immediately checked out and left the apartment.

While washing fruit in the kitchen, one of the fruits accidentally fell to the floor. When I opened the lower cabinet to pick it up, I noticed rat poison and insect poison left openly inside the cabinet. I discovered this purely by coincidence. Leaving such poisons inside a kitchen cabinet is extremely dangerous. If I had stayed with a pet, the consequences could have been very serious.

Additionally, the stairs are extremely narrow, making it very difficult and exhausting to carry luggage upstairs.

In summary, apart from the location and the price, it is hard to mention any positive aspects.

Pros:

It was in the center of Taksim

Cons:

Not clean, we had to ask for another cover because couldn’t use the existing one. Bed frame was broken, wifi not working in the bedroom only area , complained to the host but was not responsive who we didn’t even meet. Disappointed on how the room looks compared to the pictures

Pros:

Местоположение то что надо ! Это центр почти, Таксим метро близко . Истикляль проспект рядом 5шагов . Вобщем рекомендую.
Хозяин отеля очень хороший. Каждая утро убирали номер .

Прекрасно, но с небольшими недочетами.
Pros:

Отличное местоположение. Удобный и комфортный номер. Очень хорошая и удобная кровать.

Cons:

1. Свет из коридора в спальню. (можно завесить обыкновенной шторой и проблема будет решена. На это просим обратить внимание руководства - очень раздражает.

2. Поставьте пожалуйста хотя бы самую дешёвую микроволновую печь. Она бы очень спасла.

2. Очень шумно - ( пятница - воскресенье). Будьте готовы к постоянно хлопающей входной железной двери и пьяным громкоговорящим девушкам (особенно ранним утром, когда они возвращаются из баров и клубов). Это недостаток, но мы были к этому готовы, поэтому знали на что идем. По этому пункту претензий никаких,просто люди должны знать, с чем могут столкнуться.
