- The matress is very cheap and not comfortable and should not be used in hotels at all.
Toilet is not clean !!
I parked in the spots they have. They asked for the key that I didn't like. Also, I thought the person was too pushy for showing the room and asking for the key.
Also, although the room was for 2 people and I was with my wife, the blanket and towels etc are for one. I had to ask to get the second person's stuff.
One other thing is for breakfast. There were many options for breakfast but some looked old. They could keep less of each so that they don't look old. May be that day there weren't too many people staying there. That I don't know.
In general, it was okay although they have some managerial shortcomings.

Very beautiful hotel, cozy good sized room with a good bathroom.
They have a SPA with a great masseuse and an ok gym, which is rare in Türkiye.
Male staff great and helpful. They speak English and gave me many tips on where to go and what to do. Always kind.
The guy who parks the car, always really kind and helpful.
Breakfast was good too.
Female staff of the kitchen were rude and always anxious to kick you out of the breakfast scene.
Really unpleasant!
Gym area was too hot.

Görükle is a wonderful place with young people. The hotel is in a good location, close to a small mall where you can eat, shop, drink coffee and beer. The hotel has normal-sized rooms, helpful staff and good Internet. The breakfast is very good and there is something for everyone. We had a small situation when we arrived. We were accommodated quickly, but after we entered the room it was found that it was not cleaned, there were no towels and shower cosmetics, and there was someone else's lingerie in the bathroom. 😃 They accommodated us in a larger and more luxurious room, and expressed regret. We are satisfied and recommend them.)
