Everything was fine except for loud banging that would cause the wall and headboard to shake. We were beside a corridor and couldn't figure out what it was. Maybe a door slamming, but couldn't see where ...?

Pros:

Totally solid for an overnight stay! Clean rooms, seem relatively recently renovated. Good value for money. Stopped in at Perth and we were so glad we did, such a beautiful town with cute stores and a gorgeous park!

I was visiting family in the area and needed a place for the night. The Colonial House Motor Inn was perfect. The room was fresh, extremely clean and very comfy. It had a fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. There was laminate flooring throughout. It was an excellent value and I would happily stay again when I am in the area.

Very polite staff. It is an older motel but the facilities have been significantly upgraded and are very good for the price. I recommend it.

Well maintained, clean, good beds and shower. Outdoor chairs for sitting outside room. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. A 5-10 minute drive to downtown Perth with several interesting stores and good restaurants.
