Αν και μικρό σε μέγεθος είναι πολύ λειτουργικό. Όλα είναι τακτοποιημένα στη θέση τους όπως πρέπει.
Θα το συνιστούσα σε όλους και για την άριστη τοποθεσία!

Δεν υπήρχε κανένα πρόβλημα σε τίποτα.
Κάτι σημαντικό ήταν ότι οι άνθρωποι από το μικρό εστιατόριο κάτω σε βοηθούν για εύκολη πρόσβαση.

Petite halte à l’improviste sur Ueno

Bien agencé et propre. Nous avions prit cet hôtel à la dernière minute pour une nuit sur Tokyo, le personnel est vif et n’hésite pas à aider. Les informations sont précises et utiles.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The room was spacious for our family of four. Having four double beds was a huge plus. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the train station.

Cons:

The only drawback was the shower, which felt a bit tight, especially for a larger person. Other than that, everything was great.

Nice, clean rooms with good location.
Pros:

Staff was helpful and responsive. Larger room was spacious and had good amenities.

Cons:

The AC unit had a cooling limit (20 C) and was unclear how to adjust - so room got really hot. Instructions would have been helpful - and would have made our good stay a great one.

AC unit was hard to manage - even with translator from phone, was unclear how to operate and room got very warm.

Great spacious room, in a relatively quiet area.
Pros:

The room was really spacious and clean. The amount of space you get is very different from what you would typically get at your average hotel in Tokyo.

Cons:

I needed more explanations of the cleaning system (how and when the trash is picked up), and a more direct conversation channel with an English-speaking staff would have been great.
