Schöne Lage, aber einige Baustellen
Pros:

Die „einfachen“ Zimmer im Nebengebäude hatten einen Balkon mit einem tollen Ausblick.
Der Poolbereich auf dem Dach war sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Auch der Spabereich für die Erwachsenen war toll.
Praktisch war auch die kostenlose Anbindung mit dem Bus nach Bozen.

Cons:

Leider war das Essen nur mittelmäßig. Der Essensbereich war nicht vollständig renoviert und die Atmosphäre erinnerte an eine Kantine. Das Abendessen hätte besser sein können. Nachspeisen und viele Vorspeisen am Buffet waren schwache Convenience-Produkte. Auch die Pizza war enttäuschend. A-la-Carte-Gerichte waren in Ordnung.
Schade fanden wir auch, dass wir unsere Bademäntel nicht wechseln konnten und kein Personal darauf geachtet hat, dass am Adults-only-Bereich keine Kinder sein sollten.

Pros:

Tolle Pools. Super sauber. Nettes Personal. Sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider ist derzeit die Erweiterungsbaustelle vor dem hotel. Die ist tagsüber am Pool recht laut.

Wellness und Rezeption großartig, Gastronomie verbesserungswürdig (Ambiente und Frühstücksangebot).
Pros:

Das Empfangspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wellnessausstattung und Hygiene ist erstklassig.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot war erwartungsgemäß, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Die Atmosphäre des Speisesaals empfand ich als lieblos und "kühl", erinnerte mich eher an eine Rehaklinik. Leider besteht kein Angebot, das Frühstück im Freien einzunehmen.

Top, halfpension top, personeel top zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk, locatie top
Pros:

De ligging is perfect! Binnen kwartier ben je in Bolzano en de weinstrasse zit je direct op als je zuidelijk gaat.

Cons:

De kamer was in licht verouderde stijl, maar dit is duidelijk aangegeven en was een bewuste keuze want dan zit je in het hoofdgebouw dichtbij alle faciliteiten.
