4-star Alpine city resort in the quiet centre of Leifers, not far from Bolzano. Wellness with a view (rooftop water world, adults-only spa), Italian cuisine, and a base for mountain trips, culture and business.

Pros:

Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit viele Optionen, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, frisch zubereitete Eier und Omelette. Beim Frühstück war viel los, aber man bekommt immer einen Tisch und der Service ist sehr professionell und schnell.
Die Dachterrasse ist super um am Ende des Tages noch etwas zu entspannen und auch den Ausblick zu genießen.
Die Unterkünfte im Nebengebäude sind sehr bequem über einen Tunnel vom Hauptgebäude zu erreichen.
Premium Abendessen mit 3 Gänge Menü zur Wahl und Buffet.

Abbiamo soggiornato per la terza volta in questo splendido hotel, è tutto molto bello e i servizi sono ottimi

Al nostro arrivo ci viene comunicato che non ci sono camere disponibili, facciamo vedere la prenotazione alla ragazza e non trovando la prenotazione chiama la pseudo capo receptionist che con arroganza ci dice di non avere camere libere e che non può mandare via qualcuno per dare la camera a noi. Faccio presente che la camera è già stata pagata e che sul sito di Booking.com risultano 15 camere libere. Continua dicendoci che non faranno nessun addebito e che dobbiamo trovarci un altro Hotel. Faccio presente che mi è già stato addebitato l’intero importo e che il problema deve risolverlo lei,la premiazione io ce l’ho e che non intendo dormire in macchina, alterata mi fa accomodare sui divanetti e dopo 5 minuti mi trovano una camera.
È importantissimo avere ottimi servizi, avere un hotel bello, una SPA di livello ma è altrettanto importante avere i responsabili dei servizi all’altezza di tutto il resto, la signora mora che si è presentata da noi è stata molto arrogante e non si rivelata all’altezza del ruolo che svolge. Inoltre nessuna scusa, nessuna spiegazione x l’accaduto.

Pros:

Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Es gab auch Sonderwünsche, die der Koch vor Ort zubereitet hat. Der Pool und die Liegeplätze waren toll.

Cons:

Die Wege im Hotel waren sehr verwirrend. Die Lage in der Stadt passte nicht zu der wunderschönen Umgebung.

alles war sehr sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich, alle sehr nett, die Pizzen im Restaurant waren ebenfalls richtig lecker und es gab eine sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Parkplatz kostet. An so einem Ort muss das inkl. sein
Zimmer im Nebengebäude zu teuer für Look and Feel. Ist eher hellhörig.
Bei so einer Bademandschaft wären Slipper inkl. schon zu erwarten.
Etwas wenig Infos über Ablauf Sauna etc. für Anfänger.
