힐링 제대로 !!!
Pros:

힐링하려고 급하게 잡은 숙소인데 결론적으론 너무 좋았어요! 공기도 진짜 너무 좋고 도착하자마자 가슴이 뻥 뚫렸네요 ^^ 객실도 깔끔하고 난방도 너무 잘돼서 추운날 정말 따뜻하게 푹~쉬고 온것 같아요 재방문의사 10000프로 입니다 또 올게용!

The host is very friendly and very helpful. After check out, my niece accidentally left her bag. The host had helped us by courier it back to Seoul. Appreciate the help..

Cons:

There is no cafe in the resort.. but still can cook simple dish as they provide a complete kitchenette.

Korea Quality Elf Hotel is AMAZING!
Pros:

The accomodation and surroundings. We dont have to go to other ski resort to enjoy our snow experience. Here, they have all that is needed to be fun and leisure. And its privacy and not crowded at all.

Cons:

Maybe eateris outlets can be quite a distance. Im not sure about this but along the journey to this place, its rare to see eateries outlets. Luckily, my family are prepared for this situation and have all the meals cooked at the accomodation.

This is a great place, if you visit Korea, must visit Pyeongchang and stay at Elf Hotel.

Worth it if you have a car
Pros:

The property is definitly situated in an amazing place. The houses are warm with heated floors.

Cons:

There is nothing at the property. You need to have a car to make it easier to get you anywhere to get food. We felt abandoned in the middle of the lovely Korea as the reception had no one all the time and my husband had to search for the owner of the property in the freezing weather. We kept the contact of the most nice english speaking taxi driver to call and drive us around. There is no restaurants and the convenience store with a few essencial amenities, but you have to ask the owner to go there. The property is maybe around 20 min walking distance to the nearest town but in the winter it is very cold to do this. The attractions for example the kids playground and the little zoo need maintenance. The poor animal were freezing with the snow. In the pension description there is lack of information and so we were not clarified of what the property have or not have. We would like to return though for the amazing location surrounded by nature but we will definitly hire a car next time.

Superb
Pros:

we love this place! eventually only one night stay but after my kids saw their snowy playground, we add one more night at this place.

Their room is spacious, kitchen too. so we can cook simple meal. the surrounding view is spectacular. we really love view from this place. and hopefully we can come back for another season

Pros:

체크인할때 예약이 안되어있다며 확인하는데 너무 오래걸려서 일단 첫 인상부터 별로였는데 객실을 가서 보니 침구랑 수건도 냄새도 나고 식기 건조되어있는 곳에 거미줄도 쳐있고, 방에 개미도 있고, 수영장도 옆에 계곡물을 끌어올리는 것 같았는데 부유물이 너무 많이 떠있는 고인 물같아서 걱정스러웠고 놀이터는 너무 낡고 관리안되서 위험해보이기까지 했네요
겨우 하루 버티고 일찍 퇴실했어요

Pros:

주변 볼거리와...팬션 내 볼거리는 가격대비 만족하지만....청결도가 조금 떨어짐...에어컨 과 화장실에 곰팡이 및 물때 냄새가 나큰 편...제 생각에 에어컨은 교체해야할 듯....연식이 너무 오래되서...좀 안좋은 냄새남...그리고 집안 장난감 대체로 먼지가 쌓인 듯....관리 필요....단지내 키즈까페도 관리 필요...바닥에 먼지와 습한 냄새....관리필요...
