Pros:

We were very disappointed with our stay. This is advertised as a 3-star hotel, but it does not meet that standard at all. There was mold on the bathroom walls, a large spider web when we arrived, and a water leak in the bathroom. There was no hot water during our stay. We also found ants on the bedside table, and when we informed the manager, we were told this was “normal,” which was quite concerning.
The room was not cleaned at all during our stay. The swimming pool was dirty, and the breakfast was very poor. Milk and yogurt were left out in the heat all morning, which did not seem hygienic.
I have stayed in many hostels and guesthouses before and understand that simpler accommodations can have small issues. However, for a 3-star hotel, this was far below expectations. Unfortunately, we would not recommend it.

Precio calidad pésimo, las instalaciones muy básicas, no había agua caliente, teníamos una discoteca al lado con un señor poniendo música hasta las 2 de la mañana, las habitaciones no estaban nada insonorizadas, no había servicio de limpieza de habitaciones….

Merveilleux séjour.
Pros:

Propre et proche de tout. Les enfants étaient bienvenus! Le déjeuner était parfait, céréales, pain, œuf, yogourt. Frigo et cuisinette à disposition pour se faire de la nourriture durant la journée.

Cons:

Le café pourrait être un peu mieux, mais c’est le seul petit point à améliorer :)

Great hotel, highly recommend
Pros:

Great location, very clean room and shower. I’ve been to El Paredón before and stayed in a private room in driftwood where bathrooms where outside and a lot of showers in el paredon are nature showers but this is a proper hotel room with a nice clean bathroom, which is very nice after a beach day

I booked my stay for February 7 months prior. Only a few days before I got a message that they would nog have the room for me. Only because the price I had booked it for was cheaper than they could sell it for later on. I sent them 5 seperate messages but no one ever replied, but they also did not cancel my booking. They only requested me to cancel it myself… by the time I arrived at the hotel, they indeed gave the room to someone else. Its horrible management and they refused to even help me find a solution. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
