A lovely older hotel close to transport
Pros:

An lovely older hotel with comfortable rooms close to transport and city restaurants. Helpful friendly staff.

Cons:

The rooms were dated . Lift did not work and the area can be rough

Leider wurden wir am 19.Dezember kurz und knapp per Email informiert, dass das Hotel geschlossen ist und wir umgebucht wurden in ein anderes Hotel, das Mövenpick City Hotel. Keine weiteren Informationen, eine Antwort auf meine Mail kam erst 5 Tage später als wir bereits im anderen Hotel eingecheckt hatten. Positiv kann man erläutern, dass das Umbuchen gut geklappt hat und die zusätzlichen Kosten übernommen wurden.

the hotel send a mail only one day before estimated arrival, cancelling the stay. this was without any real explanation, stating that they “could not provide their usual service standard” and therefore have to close… whatever that means.
No additional offers to compensate for the extreme inconvenience.

Nichts, da wir das Zimmer nicht bekommen haben.

Cons:

Haben das gebuchte Zimmer nicht bekommen. Stattdessen wurden wir vom Hotel umgebucht auf ein teureres Hotel, angeblich wegen technischen Problemen. Zudem mussten wir den höheren Preis komplett bezahlen.

You got what you paid for, and all the basics are there.
Pros:

Toilet is rather new and clean.

Cons:

The elevator was broken. There’s no kettle when I need hot drinking water.

Vị trí thuận lợi, ngay gần ga trung tâm Frankfurt

Cons:

Thang máy không hoạt động. Không có người phục vụ mang vali lên phòng cho khách. Reception không hỗ trợ. 2 phụ nữ lớn tuổi phải tự khuân 2 vali to lên 3 tầng. Quá sợ😣😣😣

Hotel da incubo
Cons:

Struttura terribile, vecchia e malgestita. Personale inesistenze e poco professionale. Check- in posticipato di 4 ore per problemi tecnici ( mancava il personale pulizie ). Ascensore fuori uso per tutto il soggiorno. Hotel sporco con immondizia nei corridoi , biancheria sporca sui pavimenti. Camera e bagno in cattivissime condizioni con mura screpolate, vasca con tenda marrone di sporcizia. Mancava la luce del comodino ( la lampadina non c'era). Non vale neanche la metà del prezzo pagato.
