Staff were great, location decent, but some amenities not functional and price high

The staff were brilliant. Went out of their way to help me with my needs

Cons:

The worst ever
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The AC is broken. The room is not clean. The building is not properly made. The drawer has keys but all broken, not properly work. The worst is the AC. Even outside is cooler.
Also, after this review, I am threatened by the owner via whats app as follows.
"Hey why u get me bad reviews" "U are aso" "Fuxx loser""Wellcome to the jungle bro"
What the hell is going on here??
