the experience in the hotel is superb, the location is great & their serving the good breakfast.
Pros:

My friends and I like the location and the ambience of the hotel; it exceeded our expectations as well, and it was very near the attractions like Sun Plaza Station, etc.

Cons:

The traffic in the vicinity is very heavy when someone is dropping off their guest at nearby hotels.

Staff was the best reason to stay here. And everything has a heated option.
Pros:

The bed has a heater. The lobby bathroom has a heated shower which we were able to use before we board our bus going back to Hanoi.

Cons:

It is a bit climb going to Sa Pa Center. Cars would get congested due to narrow roads leading to the hotel

Pros:

The location is good. Near at sun plaza and a lot of local retaurant. Their breakfast is really good. The staff is also good. So far i like the place and will book again if we will come back to Sapa.

Will definitely recommend!
Pros:

Our whole stay in Phuong Nam is superb! The location is within the sapa center so we had fun walking around the area especially at night. The bed is super comfortable. We had a great time hanging out in the balcony and enjoying the cool weather and the view.
