Great stay with mountain views and very accommodating staff

Our stay with Phuong Nam Hotel was really great, especially for Filipinos! You’ll notice many guests are from the Philippines, you can hear the language around, which made the stay feel more familiar hehe.

Our room was spacious and had a nice view of the mountains of Sa Pa. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. The location is also very convenient, walking distance to Sun Plaza, so it was easy to go around.

Breakfast was good as well. The menu didn’t change on our second morning, but still enjoyable. We also arrived about 30 minutes early, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in without any additional fees, really appreciated that.

Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it 💛

Great location, you get what you paid for. Could’ve been a bit cleaner specially the bathroom.

Great place to stay in Sapa.
Pros:

The staff provided Good customer service .
We reach there early morning before our check in time and they allow us to use the bathroom to wash up and we can leave our luggage with them free of charge so We can go out to get breakfast and walk around before check in time.
From our room we can seen very nice scenery when we wake up in the morning that’s make your day.
Good location Near to Sun Plaza with a lots of restaurants and massages around. Food and massages are good and prices are reasonable.

Cons:

Hope they can do some upgrading about their room furniture, a bit too old.
