Nice clean & beautiful room with an awesome view
Pros:

Tran was very friendly and helpful. Closer to amenities and excellent breakfast buffet. We had a wonderful view from our room balcony. They allow to store your luggages after checkout or if you got early check in. Highly recommend for families & couples. Clean and nice location for the holiday.

the location. perfect! its a lively street and very close to Sapa Station. the room is comfortable size and buffet selection is very generous. The staff are great and helpful. Lobby area is comfortable.
