Property didn’t live up to the high reviews! Booking.com are scammers who take fraudulent payments from your credit card
Pros:

The property wasn’t clean, I have no idea why it had such a high rating. On top of this, Booking.com is a scammer. My credit card was charged almost £200 in another currency (Bharat) when the booking was around 48 USD which I paid at the hotel. I’ve tried contacting Booking.com to get the situation resolved, the call centre is AI (useless) and the chat which says a customer service agent will respond in 24 hours, hasn’t contacted me and it’s been 4 days. I will never use this site again, the reviews can’t be trusted and Booking.com is making fraudulent charges on people‘s credit cards!!! Stay away from Booking.com!

Cons:

The floors and surfaces had thick layers of dust in the corners. The bathroom was grimy. The toilet had stains, I don’t even want to know what it was. There was an insect crawling in the bathtub. The room is in need of a deep clean not just changing the sheets and a quick wipe down!

In all the Reception was nice.
Cons:

Reported an issue of water not being able to flow in the bathroom of Room 1. I was told it would be worked but it was never done till I left, there is no consistency in the taste of the food too.
