Pros:

La ubicación, muy cómoda para moverte. Lo único positivo.

Cons:

Todo, Desde el Personal que eran muy antipaticos, cada dia se olvidaban de poner toallas, 30 plantas y realmente incomodo para moverse por los ascensores, las lavadoras, los desayunos. Nunca volveria a este hotel. Habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas.

Great location, more suitable for a short stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very good, directly opposite the station at Higobashi.

The breakfast options were also good and the staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bedrooms were extremely small and while we appreciate that this is normal for Japanese travellers, as we had mobility issues, it made our stay difficult. We upgraded to a bigger room with two beds but the lack of wardrobe space was also a problem.

Pros:

What I appreciated most about the stay was the property’s excellent location, just a short walk from Osaka Station with convenient access to the Yotsubashi Line and other transit options. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and seamless. I also valued the presence of a Sagawa representative near reception, which made luggage forwarding very convenient. Additionally, the availability of vacuum compression services was a thoughtful amenity, and the wide variety of nearby dining options further enhanced the overall experience.

Cons:

There were a few aspects that could be improved. A more welcoming and attentive level of hospitality from the reception staff would have enhanced the experience, especially given our 10-day stay. While housekeeping was scheduled on the third day in line with the property’s sustainability approach, the cleaning itself did not feel sufficiently thorough. Additionally, despite the emphasis on sustainability, the volume of plastic use was noticeably high. Although the facility is designated non-smoking, there were occasional smoke odors in the lobby area of our floor. Lastly, while I understand that room sizes are compact, the lack of a luggage rack made the space less practical and more difficult to manage.

Cons:

I had stayed in an APA in Tokyo the previous week.and even though that room was also tiny, it felt much more comfortable than this one. This room was really cramped and I was constantly tripping over. There were hairs on the shower wall and bathroom floor when I checked in and I felt the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The hallway was chaos during the day when the other rooms were being cleaned, with carts and cleaning supplies all over the place. I felt like I was constantly queuing in this hotel, whether for an elevator or waiting a whole day to get to use a washing machine. It was not a relaxing place to stay for me.
