We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Although the entrance was directly from the street and not very convenient for walking, there was a bus stop just a few steps away, and it took only 4 minutes to reach the nearest metro station. From there, it was about 40 minutes to the city center, which worked perfectly for us.

The host was truly amazing – kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. He kindly allowed us an early check-in, and on the first day, he left a bottle of wine by the door as a welcome gift. The next day, he surprised us again with delicious traditional cookies hanging on the door handle.

Highly recommended!

Przyjemna kawalerka na spokojnych obrzeżach miasta.
Pros:

Bardzo przestronne i jasne pokoje. Wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy potrzebne na codzień. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżko i poduszka, działająca klimatyzacja. Codziennie rano świeże słodkości od właściciela - urocze :) Bardzo dobra komunikacja z centrum miasta - pod domem przystanek autobusowy, niedaleko metro i pociągi.

Cons:

Okropny zapach z kanalizacji w łazience. Bardzo uprzykrzał pobyt. Blisko lotniska.

Pros:

Das Apartment war sauber und es stand ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Für die Einfahrt beim Tor benötigt man einen Code, den wir vom Inhaber per Nachricht erhalten haben. In der Küche waren die notwendigen Dinge (Töpfe, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine) vorhanden und auch das Badezimmer war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage in die Stadt ist gut, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in wenigen Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt. Der Bus fährt zur nächst gelegenen Metro bzw Bahn und von dort aus ist man in ca. 15 Minuten im Zentrum von Rom. Vom Inhaber haben wir ein Überraschungssackerl mit Mehlspeisen bekommen, das nach unserem Rom-Tag an unserer Tür hing. Fürs Frühstück ging sich's nicht aus, da wir schon um 9 los sind, dafür dann noch am Abend für einen kleinen Snack. Das fand ich sehr nett!

Cons:

Die Straße zum Apartment ist viel befahren und die Einfahrt zum Apartment ist recht unscheinbar. Das Apartment und die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlt an der Straße dort vor allem an einem Gehsteig! Die Metro oder die Bahn zu Fuß zu erreichen ist unmöglich, man ist damit auf den Bus angewiesen, da kann es schon mal sein, dass man 15 Minuten auf den nächsten Bus wartet. Den Inhaber haben wir nicht einmal gesehen, das fand ich sehr schade. Dieser hat uns kontaktiert, dass wir die Reisepass-Kopien per WhatsApp schicken sollen und auch sonst hat die Kommunikation nur per WhatsApp stattgefunden. Ich hätte mir zumindest gewünscht, dass wir im Apartment einen Zettel finden mit den wichtigsten Infos (zB W-Lan Passwort, Bezahlung Kur-Taxe, etc.).

Отличный вариант для проживания и посещения достопримечательностей.
Pros:

Прекрасное местоположение, особенно если у вас есть автомобиль ( парковка на территории бесплатно ). Прямо во дворе есть кран с водой и шланг, что очень удобно. Так же есть несколько скамеек и пепельницы для курящих.
Очень спокойное и тихое место. Непривычно свежий воздух. Сон был как у младенца.
Владельца зовут Фабрицио и он оказался очень гостеприимным, отзывчивым и внимательным человеком. У нас несколько раз захлопывалась входная дверь и мы оставались на улице так как ключи остались внутри аппартаментов. К счастью телефон был в руках. После звонка и обьяснения причины, владелец любезно приезжал в течении 5-10 минут с запасным ключем и проблема была решена. Также очень мило было получать от Фабрицио свежую выпечку в виде круассанов каждое утро. Он вежливо вешал пакет на ручку входной двери. Это было действительно приятно. Владелец владеет английским языком.

Der var rent inden for, flere nye installationer. Der lugtede ikke inden for, som det gjorde uden for. Wifi virkede, da vi fik koden.

Cons:

Svært at komme til. Der lå en hundelort lige uden for vores dør. Og vi fik først vores Wifi kode sent om aftenen. Der var meget lydt, så man kunne høre naboen lave mad sent, jeg troede der var ballade uden for først. Og anden nabo larmede med musik. Vi blev kun 1 nat, så bookede vi hotel centralt og fik en god behandling.

Bardzo podobało mi się, że mogliśmy zaparkować auto tuż pod apartamentem. Kuchnia była wystarczająco dobrze wyposażona, klimatyzacja działała perfekcyjnie, a kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo dobry. Cały pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie.

Tutto ok
Pros:

L'appartamento era pulito e ordinato. C'era tutto il necessario. La posizione ci era utili per la vicinanza all'Ippodromo perchè avevamo un concerto.
