Shabby
Cons:

The television in the room did not work. There was no shampoo provided. Only a single single towel provided. Tried to charge me an extra £20 for early check in to a very shabby room.

Pros:

Clean, tidy. Communal areas look recently refurbished. There was a socket with usb plug sockets - more of these in the room would be great
Great location for pedestrianised area in centre of Bicester ( about 50 yds ).
Had breakfast - fantastic - great value for money.

Cons:

Room decor and furnishings a little dated.

Lack of sleep and poor facilities

It was poorly located on a busy road junction and next to a late night bar (3am) they should think about losing the tables and chairs out the front as it only attracts drunks from the club next door and if you are unfortunate to be in one of the front rooms forget about any sleep . it was very rundown and the staff really seem to know what was going on half the time , when it came to breakfast time it got no better we sat there for at least half an hour before someone told us we have to go to reception to order a breakfast . Which was odd as the guy on the reception had walked past us at least 3 times and did mention the process once . I only payed less £170 for 3 rooms but the cheap price did reflect in the poor run down accommodation

Value for money. Ideal location.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Great value for money.

Cons:

Hotel needs a bit of TLC just small things bathroom floor had scale marks behind toilet, no cold water on top of tap- towel rail very dusty needed a clean. Curtains ill -fitting in windows.

Started off well but went downhill. !

The staff were good

Cons:

I have several problems albeit it my fault but I lost 2 sets of keys, make up, jewelry including a 169 £ ring from pandorra a black fleece , a silver Watch etc . I really cannot put all it this down to an irresponsible issue. I have been so upset with this and feel the hotel has not really addressed my issues when I have asked them.

Room was a very good size and location was good to be able to easily access the high street and the outlet

Cons:

The heating was on in May and I couldn't turn it off so was rather hot. The shower head had a build up of timescale so was spraying over the bath unless you showered sideways.
When we arrived there was an error that we had already checked in but actually our room was changed. That was no issue but we were loved to the front of the building and it was noisy from traffic and people out late in the high street, so we did not get the best of sleep
Staff on arrival was lovely and polite.
We had breakfast one day which we pre-booked, however I wasn't sure if a drink was included and we never got asked for a drink. We helped ourselves to the coffee machine which was virtually broken and the coffee it made was awful

The bedroom was tired. Lots of extension cables, expanding foam, the blind didn’t stay up, no shower just a bath, the bed and pillows were hard, it wasn’t as clean as it should be, there was no remote control for the tv, but the staff were lovely
