Great location, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Really comfortable with quite a large room for a city centre. The location was excellent,within an easy walk to Marienplatz as well as the train station. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

There was a stain on the carpet and some of the furnishings were a bit tired.

Great hotel in a good location.
Pros:

It was a great location - only 5 min to old town. The beds were very comfortable and good size room with a good shower. The staff we dealt with were super friendly and very helpful.

If you don’t engage with the front desk, then the stay is very good.

The bed was comfortable. The location was very good. The room was clean and the corridors did not smell.

Cons:

The reception staff was most unpleasant. We booked four triple rooms and we were not given four triple rooms.

Mitarbeiter extrem unfreundlich! Mussten 20 Euro bezahlen weil wir einwenig früher angereist sind( bei einem Preis pro Nacht von über 200 Euro unter der Woche!!) Überhaupt nicht Kundenfreundlich! Und am Abend wurden wir rausgeschmissen weil wir einen Hund dabei hatten, obwohl wir dies an der Reception mitgeteilt hatten bei Anreise! Liegen auch am Tage mit Hund rein und raus und es war Okey, erst am Abend dann nicht mehr! War wohl ein Hundehasser der Receptionist Namens „Marco“!
Personal alles Ausländer Sprachen kaum Deutsch ausser eben „Marco“!
Zimmer war nicht sauber geputzt. Und Babybett stand auch nicht bereit obwohl wir extra angerufen hatten.

4er Zimmer für Familie, alle zusammen möglich. Gute Betten, gutes Frühstück. Angenehm!
