Arriving by car: From the A9, take exit 76-Munchen-Schwabing, follow the B2R and exit at Am Tucherpark. Keep left on Ifflandstrasse, follow the road and then turn right onto Fraunhoferstrasse. Continue straight 500m and take one of the two left lanes to turn left onto Blumenstrasse. Continue on this road into Sun Street. The hotel is on the right.

Pros:

Localização excelente, bom custo benefício, camas confortáveis e apesar de estar em uma área super movimentada, é bastante silencioso, mesmo em quartos de frente pra rua e baixos.

Cons:

Achei o quarto apertado para 3 pessoas, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa viagem. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas não repuseram croissants quando acabaram. Sentimos falta de um frigobar no quarto.

I would have no hesitation in staying at the Premier Inn or recommending to anyone. Good value for money.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht mehr so ganz wie früher. Die Preise sind für die Garage von Euro 31 am Tag zu hoch für Gäste. Und es fehlt wirklich ein Kühlschrank für Getränke und Sonstiges.

The carpet in the room was not clean , was with stains, the windows didn't open, room for 4 was very small, no cupboard where to leave the clothes, the walls were dirty.
