By car: If you're coming from the north on the A67 - take the exit 27-Kreuz Mannheim towards A656, follow signs for Mannheim City Centre and continue on A656. Follow the B37 for about 2km before turning left onto Keplerstrasse and left again onto Heinrich-von-Stephan-Strasse. Our hotel will be on your right. If you're coming from the south on the A5 at junction 37-Kreuz Heidelberg, keep right and follow signs for A656 towards Mannheim. Follow the B37 for 7km before turning left onto Kelerstrasse and left again onto Heinrich-von-Stephan-Strasse. Our hotel will be on your right. From Frankfurt Airport: Take the A5, A67 and A6 to Wilhelm-Varnholt-Allee/B37 in Mannheim. Then take the B37 to Heinrich-von-Stephan-Strasse to reach our hotel.

Ich fänds toll, wenn man an den Fernseher an in den Zimmern die Möglichkeit hätte, die Funktion eines Smart TVs zu nutzen und sich z.b mit seinem Gerät auf YouTube zu verbinden um eigene Inhalte zu streamen

Gutes zentrales Hotel
Pros:

Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, dadurch kommt man überall sehr gut hin. Zimmer gut isoliert. Geräusche werden unterdrückt. Alles sauber und Zimmer schön geräumig. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. War jetzt auch schon das 3. mal da. Immer alles gut gewesen.

Cons:

Ich war 5 Nächte da, es wurde dieses Mal kein einziges Mal im Zimmer geputzt. Es steht zwar dran, dass man sich melden soll wenn man eine Reinigung wünscht, es ist aber denke ich das mindeste, dass man zumindest nach 3 Tagen mal schaut, ob man frische Handtücher braucht und die Mülleimer mal ausgeleert werden müssen. Da muss man sich glaube ich nicht extra melden, dass sollte selbstverständlich sein. Wir waren mehrere im Hotel und es wurde bei keinem von uns geputzt, das ist echt schade.

Pros:

Tren, tramvay, metrobüs, otobüs gibi tüm ulaşım araçlarının istasyonlarına çok yakın, merkezi konumda. Odalar çok temizdi ve çalışanlarda oldukça yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydüler. Saat 12.00’da çıkış yapmamıza rağmen çantamızı rica üzerine saat 19.00’a kadar otelde tuttular. Her şey için teşekkürler

Personal zickig, Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber - preislich jedoch ok...
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind großzügig, modern eingerichtet und die Betten gemütlich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was das Herz begehrt.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war total zickig. Weil ich versehentlich meinen Vornamen beim Nachnamen und Nachnamen beim Vornamen eingetragen habe bei der Buchung, konnte sie meine Reservierung nicht finden. Zudem wollte sie nochmal kassieren, obwohl bereits gezahlt war.
Abends wollten wir noch etwas trinken und wurden nicht bedient. Ich bin dann an die Bar gegangen und habe ein "ja, was ist?" zu hören bekommen...unglaublich!
Im Zimmer lag im Bad am Boden noch ein Zahnzwischenraumreiniger vom vorherigen Gast und das Unterbett war total fleckig.
Wir werden in Zukunft lieber 20 Euro mehr bezahlen und woanders übernachten...
