Siamo stati alloggiati per 3 notti nell'hotel Golden Lotus Luxury. Il personale è stato bravissimo. In particolare Bobby ci ha aiutato a risolvere due problemi che abbiamo avuto tempestivamente e con consigli perfetti. Inoltre a seguito di un disguido in arrivo, ha gestito e risolto il problema in modo professionale e ineccepibile. Noi avevamo due camere vistà città, tranquille e delle giuste dimensioni. Letti comodissimi. L'hotel è vicinissimo alla spiaggia principale, per cui anche alla sera è piacevole fare una passeggiata e immergersi nella vita locale. Vicino ci sono diversi locali dove si può mangiare e alcuni supermercati. La colazione abbondante (considerando che la principale proposta come in altri hotel è di cucina locale, per cui non aspettatevi le colazioni europee, ma ci sono comunque alcuni dolci per chi gradisce altro). Da Nang è perfettamente collegata a Ho Chi Min e Hanoi con l'aereo, per cui può essere anche una base di partenza per visitare altre località.

We highly recommend this accommodation it was family friendly, very close to the beach and shopping.
Pros:

The stafff service was friendly and helpful with anything we asked. Ryan greeted us and made us feel very welcomed.

A great stay overall, and I’d definitely come back
Pros:

It is a lively hotel with good-sized rooms and a nice central location, very close to the beach. The breakfast offers a good variety of food, and the staff are very friendly. You can get a taxi via Grab in just a couple of minutes at any time. I am planning to book this hotel again when I come to Da Nang next year.

Great location and value!
Pros:

The location is great! Just wanted back from the beach and walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops.

The beds were very comfortable and a large screen TV was enjoyable. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

It was no fault of the hotel that there was construction going on across the street all day and into the evening hours as late as 11 pm

Cons:

Room had a musty, damp smell to it. Shower door had a gap and didn’t close properly so water leaked onto parts of the washroom that should’ve stayed dry.

Exceeded all expectations
Pros:

The hotel manager Ryan is the BEST!! not only did he take time to give me lots of recommendations for the next part of my trip, he went out of his way to help me get back a lost item once I’d already left!
The hotel breakfast was amazing. The rooms were spotless and the pool was filled with large floaties.
10/10 would recommend!

Für ein paar Tage in Ordnung
Pros:

Lage unmittelbar in Strandnähe. Personal sehr freundlich. ZIimmer sauber und geräumig. Bequeme Betten.
Frühsück war ok, nichts besonderes, aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer in der 6 Etage war leider direkt gegenüber einer Baustelle somit ganztägig Baulärm.
Uns hst es vor allem morgens sehr gestört. Unter diesen Befingungen empfanfen wir den gezahlten Preis für das Zimmer zu hoch.
Ausstattung im Zimmer wirkt durch das dunkle Holz etwas altbackend.

We loved the staff and the location the most, and breakfast was absolutely amazing. More like brunch with so many options and all quality, well made food. We could walk literally to anything including the beach within 3 minutes. The little coffee and beer Cafe stands outside the hotel are cute and have everything from smoothies, to coffee, tea, beer etc. And a ton of amazing restaurants in walking distance as well. Everything was perfect.
