Близость пляжа, вежливый персонал, хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Мы заехали в отель в 09-30 ч, хотя было раннее бронирование , заселили только после 14-30ч. При этом, несмотря на нашу просьбу, нас заселили даже позже тех кто приехал в отель намного позже. Нас было 2 семьи, и обе семьи, помимо того что заселили позже всех, предоставили номера с окнами на стены соседнего отеля в 2-х метрах. Полы в номере были грязные, и так как мы ходили босиком, то на ступнях оставались грязные отпечатки. На просьбу помыть тщательно полы было проигнорировано, так как то что совсем не мыли полы за все время пребывания в отделе можно было понять по остаткам мусора за мусорным ведром.

My stay at this hotel was a largely positive experience, and I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning. The location is perfect (10/10), providing easy access to all key spots, and the customer service (10/10) was exceptional, with a professional staff always willing to help. We were very pleased with our room (10/10), which was spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast (9/10) offered a solid variety for non-vegetarian.

Cons:

The breakfast options for vegetarians were limited. The other real disappointment was the free afternoon tea (2/10); while it is advertised as a feature, the reality did not match the website's photos, as there were very few options and it appeared as if they were leftover items from breakfast. Our experience at dinner in their own restaurant was also average. The spring rolls which were recommended to us as their speciality, were too oily.

Cons:

The foyer and lift is always stuffy, there’s no air con. The bed is comfy but the pillow needs to be replace. Staff at front desk should hold more general info for tourist.

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel Da Nang. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

A special thank you to Rora, the receptionist, for her exceptional service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She assisted us with all our questions and arrangements, making our trip smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Hete hotelkamer met slecht verlichtingsplan.

Het hotel was dicht bij alle voorzieningen zoals winkels, drakenbrug en strand.

Cons:

De airconditioning werkt heel slecht, ook na klachten bij de receptie. Daar hebben ze iets gedaan met de koeling .De airconditioning stond op 16 graden en het was en bleef nog warm op de kamer. We hebben boven de lakens liggen slapen. Er was geen stopcontact in de badkamer. Aan 1 kant van het bed kon je alleen het licht bedienen. Het was alles uit of aan. Niet even een boekje of tijdschrift lezen als de ander wilde slapen.

Will book again!! 5min walk to beach, restaurants etc.
Pros:

Property was central to everything & only a 5min walk to the beach! Great restaurants, massage parlours and nail salons on the same street. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and bathroom had both shower & bath. Staff are lovely & accommodating.

Nothing to add here, would book again!

Exceptional staff and very close to the beach.
Pros:

The location and the staff are this hotels biggest assets. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous and spoke excellent English. My Khe Beach was 6-8 minutes walkway which was very handy. I had stayed in a suite which was of a good size and the bathroom was clean and modern. The double bed was of a good size and very comfortable

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel during the Da Nang fireworks festival and the hotel promoted a 4 course meal for guests on their rooftop by the pool. When my soup and lamb main course arrived, both were cold. They immediately apologised and took the dish on each occasion back to the kitchen but only microwave them. I had a higher expectation for their service given that the hotel has "Luxury" in the name.
