We were a group of 5 girls and stayed for only one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Завтрак был сытным.

Cons:

Следовало бы следить за чистотой. При заселении раковина в уборной была очень грязной- на ней были чужие волосы и въевшаяся грязь. Я попросила помыть раковину, они взяли ключ якобы помоют, помыли саму раковину, а края как были грязными так и остались.

Отдыхали на Наурыз 5 дней. Номера чистые, персонал вежливый. Завтраки вкусные и сытные. В общем все понравилось.
