Najlepši razgled na jezero, brezplačna izposoja kajakov in motorjev, čudovita okolica. Zajtrk je bil super, dostavljen na teraso 😊, lahko pa bi bil malo bolj zgodaj in ne šele med 9 in 10. uro.
Osebje in Recepcija’s ne zna angleško in smo se težko sporazumevali. Ni bilo tretje postelje ampak samo jogi na tleh in s tem smo zaprli celoten prostor.

La presión del agua en la regadera y lava manos, salía muy poquita y era complicado bañarse
Camera accogliente e spaziosa con balconcino che guarda la laguna. Staff accogliente e disponibile: ci hanno tenuto da parte la colazione anche se l'orario era terminato. E che colazione!!! Top! Kayak e moto incluse nel prezzo.

La ubicación
El baño olía muy feo
A vista do quarto realmente é incrível. A acomodação atendeu todas as nossas expectativas. O café da manhã é bem servido, o retorno da recepção também sempre rápida. A moto que fica disponível também ajuda bastante na locomoção. Sempre colocavam agua e cerveja na geladeira do quarto.
Sábado a noite teve festa até tarde na casa ao lado e infelizmente demorou bastante para conseguirem diminuir o barulho. O café da manhã é um pouco tarde, somente as 9:30h. Fora isso, o lugar realmente é muito lindo e vale a pena.

Me encantó la ubicación, las instalaciones, super recomendable 👌🏼 y el personal super amigable.
Es mas como sugerencia, un poquito mas de opciones de desayuno, en si es rico pero otras opciones seria genial! Y la cama estaba un poco suave.

El personal fue muy atento, siempre nos ayudaron en todo, y nos dieron recomendaciones muy buenas, siempre esta todo muiy limpio y la laguna es impresionante, realmente quiero destacar al persona de este lugar ya que realmente le dan ese plus de sentirte como en casa, muy cálidos y amables todos.
Me hubiera gustado que sean diferentes los desayunos, realmente estaba rico pero si le.hacia falta esa variedad de desayunos, de ahi en fuera todo fue perfecto

Everything except whats mentioned above, that breakfast is served at a specific time. Always the same and not that appetising, the rooms were leaky or had lots of bugs. Power failure dailies for a few hours during throughout the day. Towels had stains, chairs were falling apart. The hotel defo needs a refurbish.
Staff is really nice, except 1 guy. I would avoid using their motorbikes, we fell and scrapped the rubber for the footing (VERY minor scratch) and instead of even checking if we were okay it quickly became you gotta pay and a waiting game to our passport back.
Ive found taxis that can drive you to town for about 70-100 pesos.
La vue depuis cet hôtel est tout simplement magnifique ! La couleur du lac est impressionnante et se réveiller chaque matin face à un tel paysage est une expérience unique.
L’emplacement est idéal et nous avons beaucoup apprécié toutes les activités mises à disposition. Le kayak et le jet-ski apportent une véritable touche de plaisir au séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et aurions volontiers prolongé notre séjour de quelques jours.
La chambre est assez petite, mais elle dispose de tout le nécessaire et le lit est particulièrement confortable. S’il y avait une amélioration à suggérer, ce serait l’ajout d’une petite table permettant de prendre les repas plus confortablement à l’intérieur.
Le principal point négatif a été la connexion Internet, qui était très instable. Nous sommes restés sans réseau une grande partie du temps. De plus, l’électricité était régulièrement coupée puis rétablie. Si vous voyagez pendant la saison des pluies, il est préférable d’en tenir compte, car cela peut avoir un impact sur le confort du séjour.
Enfin, il est quasiment indispensable de disposer d’une voiture et de prévoir ses repas à l’avance ou de se déplacer pour dîner. Bien qu’un service en chambre soit proposé, le choix au menu reste assez limité.
