Buena ubicación, no está en el centro pero esta super cerca y la laguna ahí es muy linda
Instalaciones buenas pero pueden mejorar mucho, no hay ni mesa ni un sillón dentro de la habitación, todas las toallas estaban manchadas, las paredes son delgadas y se escucha mucho el ruido del exterior y demás habitaciones, y el trabajador Manuel puede mejorar su atención al cliente. El desayuno debe mejorar, esta bien un día pero siempre es lo mismo y es cansado.
Me encantó que tiene acceso fácil y directo a la laguna. Amé!

Se pidió con 2 meses antelación un colchón extra y al.llegar ya no tenían
Cobraron 1000 mas por el tema.del colchon y no lo cumplieron
Las motos q dicen q son gratis las prestan pero no aplica el seguro despues q sales.de las instalaciones y tampoco puedes alquilar uno para salir, en ese entendido si la dañas o la roban no aplica el seguro osea no puedes usarlas con seguridad
Baño huele muy mal
Llovía y teníamos goteras en la cama y eso q nos tocó planta baja
Piso super resbaloso; según el trabajador es por q echan aceite a los pisos para la madera
We stayed for 3 nights in March 2026. Great location with direct access to the lagoon. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good and filling. The lagoon view from our second floor room was spectacular. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The use of paddle boards and kayaks were included in
the price of the room. We will stay here again, next time we are in Bacalar.

Fuimos con mi esposo e hija de 1 año y nos encanto que estuviera al lado de la laguna y que podíamos usar el kayak y una moto como medio de transporte si íbamos al pueblo. La Persona responsable de prestarnos los salvavidas muy amable.
En cuatro días que estuvimos:
1.-La habitación la asearon solo una vez y porque lo pedimos.
2.-El baño olía muy mal todo el tiempo, parecía un problema desde la tubería no tanto porque estuviera sucio y el agua se estancaba al momento de bañarse lo que era muy desagradable.
3.-Una persona de los de recepción (parecía nuevo), si solicitabas información o algo, solo decía ahorita le atiendo, ahorita pregunto y jamás lo hacía,
4.-Las toallas de playa como las de la habitación también nos las cambiaron casi a final porque decían que se estaban lavando.
5.-No hay restaurante y si pides al que ellos te dicen (Isabella) es muy caro y nada rico además de que se tardaron hora y media en llevar la comida cuando originalmente mencionaron 30 min.

Every thing was perfect. We stayed in the room with a divider so my kids were in the “living room” area in the sofa bed.
Our bed was comfortable and we were right in front on the lagoon. The free stand up board and kayak were a hit with my kids and the staff were kind and patient in helping them out. 10 out of 10.

La vista, nos encantó, te da de frente el amanecer. Los items para dar sus vueltas en la laguna. Que incluyan bebidas cada día. La atención para pedir cosas por whatsapp muy buen mecanismo.
La cama es vieja, apenas te movías y hacía mucho ruido. El cuarto es pequeño y no va con el costo. El constante ruido cuando estaban podando, debe haber otra forma, o por horarios, pero se llevó horas, casi 10 min por metro cuadrado, se supone que vas a descansar. El desayuno lo sirven a las 9:30 a.m. y tienen el personal para hacer el desayuno, pero hay que esperar a que lo traigan de otro lugar.
