La posizione è ottima, si trova propio difronte alla laguna e hanno e mettono a disposizione kayake padel per gli ospiti.
La nostra permanenza ha evidenziato gravi carenze organizzative sin dall'arrivo nel tardo pomeriggio, quando abbiamo trovato la stanza priva di biancheria da bagno; il receptionist è dovuto uscire in scooter per procurare gli asciugamani da un altro hotel.
Il servizio di colazione in camera è inadeguato: inizia troppo tardi (dalle 9:00) e, a causa del personale ridotto a una sola persona per tutte le consegne, i tempi di attesa arrivano facilmente alle 9:30, costringendo chi ha impegni o tour al mattino a saltarla. La camera, peraltro, non dispone di un tavolo o di un piano d'appoggio per consumarla.
La presenza alla reception è discontinua e rende difficoltosa ogni comunicazione. Manca totalmente l'attenzione al cliente: nessun aiuto con i bagagli lungo una ripida scala a chiocciola, nonostante la presenza di una bimba piccola. A completare il quadro, la pretesa di addebitare una notte extra per un ritardo di soli 5 minuti al momento del check-out.

Wij hadden wel specifiek kamers met uitzicht op de lagune, maar echt zo ontzettend mooi!!
Ontbijt was ook erg lekker en werd bediend op je balkon/terras.
Met de scooter (een per kamer, dus met 2 personen op 1 scooter) kon je zo naar de stad wat heel handig was, want daar was parkeren best wel lastig.
Op je balkon/terras had je geen schaduw, dus je kon er amper zitten in de hitte overdag.
Aangezien je ook in de lagune geen zonnebrand mag dragen, ga je dat ook niet opdoen als je daar zit, dus daardoor hebben we er helaas minder gezeten dan gehoopt.
Un séjour absolument parfait. Nous étions face à la lagune, avec une vue magnifique. L’endroit est superbe, la chambre très agréable avec des lits vraiment confortables, et tout était impeccablement propre. Un grand merci au personnel, toujours souriant et attentionné. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Estuvimos en una habitación familiar para 4 personas pero solo había cama para 2, luego un sofá incomodisimo y un colchón en el suelo. INACEPTABLE. No había armario, ni sitio donde colgar la ropa. La cama la tuvimos que hacer nosotros.
Las cabañas de madera están muy bien, la habitación que nos dieron era pésima!

L'hôtel en lui même est peu confortable. Nous avons entendu le voisin ronfler comme s'il était dans notre chambre. L'hôtel était en chantier lorsque nous y étions.
The location is stunning, the studio is beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.
One of the things we appreciated most was how much was included with the stay. Having access to a kayak and a small motor made exploring the lagoon and Bacalar even more special and added so much value to the experience.
This is truly a unique place in an incredible setting, and with just a little improvement to the sound insulation, it would be close to perfect. We would happily recommend it for its amazing location, wonderful facilities, and the hospitality of the staff.
Our room was ready about an hour later than expected, which was a little disappointing after a 3.5-hour drive. While this was unfortunate, it wasn’t something that would have affected my overall impression of the stay.
What really impacted our experience was the complete lack of sound insulation between the rooms. When I say there was none, I mean we could actually see the light from our neighbours’ ceiling lamps shining through the gaps in the wooden walls.
As you can imagine, this also meant that every sound carried through. Unfortunately, our neighbour started snoring loudly around 1:30 a.m., and because of the paper-thin walls, it sounded as if he was in the room with us. I ended up sleeping for only about 1.5 hours that night, and we decided to leave around 7:00 a.m. because we were simply exhausted.
Of course, the hotel cannot be held responsible for a guest snoring. However, the lack of even basic sound insulation is something that could and should be improved, as it had a significant impact on our stay.
De locatie is echt geweldig, direct aan het meer en goed bereikbaar met de auto. Die kun je in de straat parkeren. Fijn dat er gratis drankjes in de koelkast liggen.
Wij hadden de Junior suite en die was best heel erg donker en de badkamer ook. Wastafel was klein. Het ontbijt werd op de kamer verzorgd wat fijn was maar het was niet echt lekker.
