Πάρα πολύ καθαρό!! Πολύ ευγενικός και διακριτικος ο κύριος που έχει το χώρο!! Έχει λεωφορείο ακριβώς δίπλα για το κέντρο!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Pros:

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. L'appartamento, in posizione molto ben collegata, si trova inserito in un contesto molto silenzioso e con affaccio sul campo di atletica verde. La camera è dotata di tutti i confort. L'ho prenotato per il soggiorno dei miei suoceri e lo riprenoterò in futuro consigliandolo a chiunque mi chieda informazioni su soggiorni a Bologna.

Clean and comfortable 1bdr & private bathroom in a shared apt.
The fridge and tea kettle (there's a coffee machine too) as well as a simple working desk are very nice.
There's a balcony with views to an open sports facility.

The owners are very sweet and hospitable.

I'd highly recommend it to a solo traveler or even better to a couple (more economic)
Overall a wonderful stay.

Cons:

While overall it's a super quiet apt with very lovely owners, a few times the neighbors upstairs were extremely loud and kept dragging things around, even during the quiet hours.

Great stay in Bologna!
Pros:

We hat a nice stay here, a super friendly couple was hosting us, Bologna in general is great and probably underrated.
I can really recommend to stay at this place, by bus, you're in 10-15 minutes in the old town.
