Pros:

Small apartment conveniently located right next to the National Palace of Sintra, with many shops and restaurants very close by including the famous Casa Piriquita bakery and the delicious Romaria de Baco restaurant. Modest furnishings and kitchen were just enough to suit us. Unfortunately the advertised washing machine was broken so we couldn't do laundry as we'd planned, and this wasn't communicated to us in advance. A couple of days before we were due to leave, the electricity for the unit went out and couldn't be immediately fixed. The host quickly and graciously upgraded us into another larger unit which was available for the rest of our stay, at no additional charge. Would stay again, especially in the larger second apartment.
