Cons:

Noise from construction was ongoing and woke us in the morning. The stairs are a bit steep but doable.

Fin lägenhet i bra läge!
Pros:

Superbra läge i Santa Catalina. Nära till många bra ställen i Palma. Lägenheten var mycket fräsch och vi trivdes toppen. Stort plus att det var ett badrum till varje sovrum.

Trivsam, fräscht och smidigt!
Pros:

Vi hade en väldigt fin vistelse i lägenheten! Läget var perfekt. Nära till både restauranger, butiker m.m, vilket gjorde det smidigt att ta sig runt och uppleva området.

Lägenheten var fräsch, välstädad och kändes modern. Det fanns gott om utrymme och allt vi behövde för en bekväm vistelse. Luftkonditioneringen var ett stort plus, särskilt under de varmare dagarna – det gjorde verkligen skillnad för trivseln.

Vi uppskattade verkligen kontakten med värden, som var snabb på att svara, hjälpsam och lyhörd för våra frågor och önskemål. Det skapade en trygg och välkomnande känsla redan från start.

Allt fungerade smidigt, från incheckning till utcheckning – och vi kände oss som hemma direkt. Vi skulle absolut kunna tänka oss att bo här igen och kan varmt rekommendera lägenheten till andra!

Lovely weekend in a super apartment with great terrace.
Pros:

Location was excellent - being an easy walking distance into the old town, historic sites, and to the seafront. There are many local restaurants, bars and shops within a couple of minutes walk as is the lovely food market (Mercado de Santa Catalina). We ate twice in the old town which was a nice 15 minute stroll there and back and once in a local (5 minute walk) restaurant - spoiled for choice!
The apartment itself was modern, clean and stylish. The beds were comfortable and for 2 couples, it was great to each have an ensuite shower-room. The kitchen was well enough equipped for 2 x couples and had a Nespresso coffee machine and toaster!
The apartment had the added bonus of a good size terrace where we were able to enjoy breakfast and aperitifs.
The hosts were welcoming and check in/out arrangements were flexible which we appreciated very much.
We would recommend this apartment as being great for 2 couples.

Cons:

Very minor inconveniences - shower rooms could do with towel rails so that the towels could dry better and one bedroom needs a mirror.

Pros:

This apartment was in perfect location to everything. Really comfortable beds and space. Air conditioning in all rooms was a plus great roof terrace and balcony’s. Some great cafes and restaurants near by plus good supermarket just at corner of street. Easy walking distance to catherdral/ port and all areas. Hosts were great at communicating and really helpful and accommodating.
