Pleasant journey, great customer services and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Facilities were good, the staff were helpful and accommodating. The lift needs looking at as the floor is not even and my mum nearly tripped over a few times.

A good quality 1 night stay for an Indian hotel at a good price
Pros:

The hotel was new. I could still smell the paint :) (I hope that the hotel stays clean and fresh because many Indian hotels are left in disrepair and dirtiness). Easy check-in. Clean and modern room. Good shower. Kettle and water bottles.

Cons:

WiFi code in the room. Had to go back down in the lift to get it.
The boss of the hotel was very insistent that I give a review before I left. He didn't want to give me a receipt until I gave a review. I didn't like this attitude. I promised that I would review the hotel and he was happy with that after some time.

Would certainly recommend the hotel
Pros:

For once, the room was as described / pictured. Although my particular room was quite small it was certainly big enough for a single person. It was in good decorative order, clean and the room attended to each day.
