Pros:

Room 405 needs more improvement to serve customers better in the future..
The showers are not good the bathroom is not good.
Beed room master switch not good design by electrician if want to switch off bedroom light all light switch off together shit ideas.

Cons:

Expensive per night compared to other hotel compostable staying.
Needs improvement in room 405.

Very impressed with the entire staff

I actually liked everything. And the staff was totally outstanding. The staff in the restaurant was also awesome. I will be coming back 🙏🙏🙏

Cons:

Customer service is awful, no manners , room is not prepared they let me wait for an hour before it's ready in fact I was there on time, staff needs more training in dealing with customers in total my assessment is very poor to negative!

Expectations Fall Short
Pros:

The bedroom was Spacious, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, pristine, and the room was clean.

Cons:

The picture show Jacuzzi bathtub, a cozy bathtub, which is the reason I chose it; However, there was no way to put water in the tub. When I asked the maintenance person how to do that, he had no idea. The hot water heater didn’t work at first, maintenance man found was unsuccessful, he called somebody went through a series of items and finally got it to work. I would’ve expected hot water from the shower to be an easy usable, friendly experience.

We didn’t stay there after we find out that the place is so dirt and shower is shit

Cons:

The Place is so dirty lots of cockroaches everywhere and also there’s someone calling on the telephone saying that why we turn off the Television. It was a very bad experience with my husband. Never ever back there on that place and we didn’t even stay there cause very uncomfortable place to stay for holiday.

The place is worst, it is like a lodging house and I can't understand. It's unsanitary and room was really messy. We requested for a pillow and it charged 15 pesos each. Our pillow in our room was really thin and uncomfortable. The photos are deceiving, looks clean but worst in real.

Basic, no frills, but adequate budget hotel
Pros:

The staff are very warm & friendly. Had a few issues with the room door key & they were quick to help resolve the situation. The reception/lobby area & dining area is clean. Check in / out process was quick & simple.
Location is good to quickly get to main shopping / dining areas in the city & you definitely feel the full vibe of Pagadian City sitting in the bar area having a beer

Cons:

It's a very budget hotel, what more can you expect?
The rooms could do with a freshen up. The toilet does need to proper hose spray.
Make sure you have empty water bottles because you have to refill at the water dispenser down the floor corridor.

I booked the VIP Suite. The room and facilities could be better. Repair broken items and ensure the bathroom has water.
