I booked a Double Deluxe Room expecting comfort and better service, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

The room only had a main switch, making it inconvenient.

The air conditioning did not get cold at all.

There were no glasses, plates, or basic cutlery provided. I even had to pay extra when I asked for them.

No trash bins were available in the room.

The charging port near the bed was not working.

The room was extremely noisy because of cars outside.

The TV was not a smart TV, which is disappointing for a “deluxe” room.

The Wi-Fi was not working properly. I needed it for work, but I had to rely on mobile data instead, which was very frustrating.

I could understand these issues if I had booked a standard room, but I specifically chose a deluxe room to have a better experience. Instead, I paid ₱12,000 for 3 nights and received poor service and facilities. I was very upset and wanted to leave and request a refund, but I was too tired to transfer to another hotel.

Overall, this was not worth the money, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and proper service.

Pros:

Location and the staff were accomodating

Cons:

There was no emergency generator provided during a scheduled power interruption. Parents and athletes were forced to stay at a nearby mall instead of resting at the hotel, evening came and the place got totally dark due to no emergency lights, moving thru the stairways and alleyways was unsafe. All 30 kid athletes and parents had to be moved to another hotel due to No Air Conditioning at 11 in the evening. It is a horrible place to be in this situation.

Pros:

Room 405 needs more improvement to serve customers better in the future..
The showers are not good the bathroom is not good.
Beed room master switch not good design by electrician if want to switch off bedroom light all light switch off together shit ideas.

Cons:

Expensive per night compared to other hotel compostable staying.
Needs improvement in room 405.

I actually liked everything. And the staff was totally outstanding. The staff in the restaurant was also awesome. I will be coming back 🙏🙏🙏

Room is fair, bed is comfortable.

Cons:

Customer service is awful, no manners , room is not prepared they let me wait for an hour before it's ready in fact I was there on time, staff needs more training in dealing with customers in total my assessment is very poor to negative!
