Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for several days and unfortunately experienced some issues during our stay.

Initially, we were checked into a room where the air conditioning and bathroom ventilation were not working, and it was not possible to open the windows due to construction work directly outside. After contacting the reception, we were kindly moved to another room.

In the second room, the ventilation was working, but there was no hot water, so we had to use cold showers for a couple of days. After informing the staff again, the issue was resolved. Additionally, there was a visible sewage pipe inside the room, and water flow noises could be heard.

We understand that the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, which can cause certain inconveniences. As hotel owners ourselves, we know how challenging this situation can be.

This review is meant as constructive and friendly feedback rather than criticism. We wish the hotel a smooth completion of the renovation and continued success.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for several days. Despite some inconveniences during our stay due to ongoing construction, there are definitely positive aspects worth highlighting.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and the restaurant is really great.

At the same time, we experienced some issues with the rooms (ventilation, hot water, construction noise), but we understand that the hotel is currently undergoing renovation.

As hotel owners ourselves, we know how challenging such situations can be. This review is meant as constructive feedback rather than criticism.

We wish the hotel all the best with the renovation and continued success.

Рядом Мега. На выбор 3 завтрака, довольно-такси вкусные. Очень вежливый персонал. Уютная атмосфера, поработали над интерьером.

Берите на ресепшен ребят чуть старше. Админ который был постарше был корректен и вежлив. Что не сказать о ребятах которы

Понравилось расположение и кухня в ресторанчике при отеле

Cons:

Если у вас чуткий сон, попросите заранее что бы вас заселили в номер который не выходит на дорогу. А если вы больше 50 кг, то не берите номер с отдельными кроватями 😅 они даже для детей маленькие, шириной всего 80 см.

Cons:

один момент мне не был понятен. помимо полной оплаты за проживание взяли депозит 20 000 тенге с условием, что вернут при выселении. Вернули 10 000 тенге. Я не стал выяснять причину.
