It was a lovely stay but too pricey .

Shower heads are causing a mess when taking a shower sprinkling everywhere until the outside part of the shower.

Pros:

great kitchen staff; they are as attentive as they are mindful of your personal space, a 10/10! best ambience, especially the nostalgic Westlife sounds. not too loud but great enough for a December morning. Very clean, an the bed is super comfortable, great place!

Cons:

corridor noise, early garden works; machinery too noisy for one to rest. thought they could push garden tim to round 10am or check out time, to accomodate those who arent up too early. front desk orientation can be more comprehensive and offer sense of flexibility, especially for first timers. the only reason i wont return is how my first impression was that my money is more important than me as a client. a little tweak to this and it may serve future customers well.

Ontbijt was goed; Ook het diner was van goede kwaliteit, alleen de chips waren erg olierijk.

Cons:

Het is een erg ongezellig hotel, maar voor ons verblijf van twee dagen goed genoeg.
In het restaurant waren we de enige gasten.

Pros:

A nice and modern hotel, perfect location for both Chobe NP and Victoria Falls. Clean and comfortable room. Nice pool and good breakfast.

Cons:

We were ofered to have a bufet dinner, however we were not informed about the price. Overall, it was overpriced compare to menu. We would not recommend to have the bufet dinner.
