Pros:

modern and clean hotel close to the airport. free shuttle to the airport and a nice big pool.

Pros:

I liked the secure off road parking. The hotel and room were clean. The room had air conditioning, a bar fridge and hotel package DSTV. The shower leaked, the basin did not have hot water, there was a trick to locking the door but once understood it is easy - just need to let staff know of the trick.
The food is mediocre. The position of the hotel is ok - it is not on the river so dont be fooled by the name but the facilities are on par with the price.
The staff try to assist as much as they can with booking various safaris which helps so much but some of their English is a bit limited.

Cons:

I thought the hotel was closer to the river - no view. The food was sub standard. Limited DSTV access.

The cleanness, great staff and welcoming. The food was great. We loved everything about it. The big beds were to die for 😍

It was a lovely stay but too pricey .
Pros:
