Will I visit next time? - Don't know.
Pros:

I guess, you get what you pay for - in a city like Chennai. Looks like 1.5k rs. is the benchmark for subpar accomodation. I did not mind as I was a bachelor stayed just for a night.
But I can't think of one good thing here. Well, they gave complimentary waterbottle. The room had bed, fan, AC, working TV(suprisingly).

Cons:

1. First thing I noticed was, there no screen to cover the transparent window. When I change, the person from other side on the street has a very clear Privacy problem.
2. Where do I start with the washroom
- AC vent water oulet is leaking into washroom.
- No false ceiling over the head. Heavy duty electric lines passing over the head.
- Untidy bathroom floors.
- Water ranout when flushing toilet in the morning. Bucket pudichi uthana.
- Rats making squeaking noise all night.
- I had to walk up to reception to get toiletries.
- The towel that I requested never arrived. Since evening, it's in laundry.
