室内はコンパクトながら機能的で清潔でした。館内着があり、部屋と大浴場との行き来は館内着で大丈夫です。

Nice hotel close to train station. Small Onsen onsite free for guests. Room small but clean and comfortable. Quiet. Professional staff. Just wish they offered breakfast but I knew when I chose this hotel they didn’t have a restaurant. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave though.

今回は車で行きましたが、長野駅からも近いので電車利用の方にもお勧めです。
ホテルの方は親切に併設のパーキングよりも1〜2分離れた所の方が安価ですよ。と教えてくれました。ありがとうございました。

受付の対応力と衛生面に難あり
Pros:

①受付に時間がかかりすぎる、自動チェックインのやり方もよくわかっていない。
②部屋のエアコンに埃が溜まりすぎていて、掃除していない。
③浴場は小さいが使いやすかったが、脱衣所の髪の毛だらけの床に閉口。夜中に閉じているなら掃除くらいできるのでは？

Chambre spacieuse avec de vrais stores occultants, bien équipée, très propre. Possibilité d'utiliser les bains (non mixtes) gratuitement. Café infusé disponible également le matin. Situation parfaite proche de la gare et de l'animation.

自動チェックイン機でのチェックインを促されるが、「スタッフがご予約を確認しております」という画面でかなりの間待たされ、合計10分以上を要した。二台のうち一台で不具合？があった外国人客に対しての応対が終わると同時にカードキーが出てきたので、一台ずつしか対応できないということなら、2台置く意味がないと思いました。

カフェが閉鎖？されていて朝食がついていませんでした。今回は結果的に8時前にチェックアウトすることになったので、自分たちで取るしかなかったのですが、素泊まり料金としては、部屋の広さや設備に照らして高いと感じます。

お風呂は温泉でサウナもあり気持ちよかったのですが、脱衣所も浴室も４人ずつくらいでゆったりな感じだったので、部屋のテレビで混雑状況などが案内されていると良いと感じました。

チェックイン時に説明が一切ないので大浴場が何階なのか、タオルはや部屋から持った行くのかなど全くわからなかった。部屋にも書いてないし、電話もないので困った。改善したらいいと思う
