Pros:

It is close to the station. Room was comfortable for 2 adults 2 kids. Rooms was clean and well taken care of. Amenities within the room were awesome. Staff was great and super friendly

Pros:

Temiz bir tesis, oda kullanışlıydı. Konum olarak beklentimi karşılamadı.

Cons:

Merkezi diye yazmışlar fakat otel merkezi bir yerde değil. Metroya yakın olması avantaj fakat fiyat fayda endeksi düşük. Bir daha gelecek olsam daha merkezi bir yerde kalırdım.

大満足です！！
Pros:

駅から近い。部屋に洗濯機と洗濯洗剤があり、夏の滞在だったので助かった。コンビニやドンキなど、歩いてすぐだが、うるさくなく過ごしやすかった。

Cons:

日本語の案内がもう少し増やしてもらえると、さらに過ごしやすい。外国人向け過ぎました(笑)

Pros:

Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Free water refill in the lobby was a lifesaver for the hot days. Close to 2 train stations and various konbinis and a Don Quijote.

Cons:

They made a mistake on checking us into the wrong room (good for 3) which was smaller than the room we were supposed to be in. They could still have transferred us to the right room (good for 4) on that day of check in but decided not to and instead we had to pack up our things on the day before checkout and move to the other room on the last night. A bit inconvenient but did not totally ruin our trip. Staff were very apologetic but it would have been nice to have the bigger room since the beginning of our stay instead of only on the last day.

Shinjuku in Laufweite, saubere und gute Unterkunft
Pros:

Sauberkeit, Lage, Größe. Kostenlose Waschmaschine im Zimmer. Bequeme Betten. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir kleines Apartmenthaus.

Cons:

Die Küche war eigentlich überflüssig, störte aber auch nicht. Ansonsten war alles top.

Location is key
Pros:

The location was perfect, less than 3 min walk to the train station. Perfect place to sightsee in Tokyo to maximize your time. All the places to see in Tokyo were mostly 1 or 2 stops from the train station. Lots of restaurants, convenient stores and minutes walk to DonQ. Beds were comfortable, well stocked with towels, and the washer/dryer in the room was really nice to have. Our family had a great time here.

Cons:

Aside from needing help with the luggages. The hotel met most of our needs. I just wished there was someone that could have helped us arrange our luggage transport. We ended up using Yamato Transport which was 6 min taxi drive from the hotel.
