Pros:

Bonjour

L'emplacement est idéal, il se situe à proximité des transports ainsi que des restaurants, boutiques et toutes autres commodités.
Arrivée tardive possible grave à l'enregistrement sur une tablette. Donc vous pouvez arriver même en pleine nuit.

La chambre au rdc est confortable. Très propre et lumineuse. Tout est fourni pour rendre le séjour agréable.
Dans la salle de bain il y a douche et petite baignoire (ce qui est très appréciable lorsque on a des enfants).Ainsi qu'une machine à laver ce qui est pratique pour un séjour prolongé bien qu'une laverie se trouve dans le couloir de l'hôtel. Une minuscule cuisine mais très fonctionnelle avec micro onde et évier permet de réchauffer des plats.
Il y a un extérieur mais malheureusement nous ne pouvions pas l'utiliser ce qui est un peu embêtant. Ne pas pouvoir profiter de ce qui pourrait amener un véritable plus à cette chambre est un peu triste.
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet extérieur est condamné.

On y trouve aussi un lieu couvert pour fumer avec un distributeur de boissons et des plaids. Ouvert 24h/24h. Ce qui est véritable plus pour les fumeurs.

Le personnel est extrêmement poli, souriant et à l'écoute. Ça change de certains hôtels.
Ils nous on commandé notre taxi suite à notre départ car notre application ne fonctionnait pas.

Tout était parfait. Je recommande cet établissement.

Great location, clean, great price!
Pros:

It is less than a 5 minute walk to Shin Okubo station. There is a Don Quijote across the street and many places to eat. Korea town is a 5-10 minute walk away. The hotel is new and clean. I liked the bunk beds, large smart TV, free WiFi, and the washing machine. The beds were comfortable and we could control the temperature in the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was a bit small for 4 people (2 adults, one 13 year old, one 10 year old). The water temperature was sufficiently warm, but not hot enough for a relaxing soak in the tub. The area seemed a bit dangerous at night.

Pros:

Located 5min from either shin okubo or okubo station. Located in quiet and safe street. Staff wwas super nice. Easy and fast check in. There is also washer with drier in the room which included laundry soap. Super convenient

it was good.
Pros:

location was good, just 5 mins to shin-okubo station. 🚉 the room was super clean. amenities are complete.

Cons:

the washing machine was really hard to understand even though it has translation in english. also, there’s one time we put do not disturb in the room but someone still came inside the room and clean it. quite expensive. small space. can’t even fully open our luggages.
