Location was excellent and the hotel itself is quite new and clean. Loved so much during our 5 nights stay.

1. The location was awesome. Literally, 5 or 6 minute walk to the green line and yellow line. There are plenty of restaurants withing a 5 minute walk.

2. The bunk beds. My daughters loved the bunk bed feature and it was roomy enough for them to have their own space.

3. The in-room laundry. Detergent provided. There's also a coin operated laundry in the water refill station area.

4. Rooms were clean/new.

5. It was raining so free umbrellas were provided.

6. The staff was nice and helped me ship my luggage to my next destination. Note: they are only available 10am-7pm, so if you need their help, you will need to contact them within these hours.

Very clean, Location was ideal with two stations less than 5 mins walking distance, shower and bidet where pristine. Heating and cooling worked great.

Staff can provide cooking supplies like pot and utensils upon request.

Very convenient location between two train stations, as well as lots of restaurants and convenient stores. Check in and out process very simple, the keyless set up makes entering the hotel very easy. Room felt very spacious and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend for a stay in Shinjuku.

Fajny maly hotel, super zlokalizowany pomiedzy dwiema stacjami metra, ale bardzo cichy. Swietnie wyposazony, choc maly pokoj, byl nawet detergent do prania ubran.

Despite the room being small as it is for almost all rooms in Tokyo, it sufficiently covered our four member family. The facilities and amenities provided are more than enough, the bathroom is huge and the fact that we had a washer/drier within the room was a game changer. Conveniently placed near Chuo and Yamanote lines and next to restaurants, combinis and donki! The cleaning team does an amazing work, the room was SPOTLESS!!! The staff was helpful and always with a smile. If I ever return to Tokyo and choose Shinjuku for my stay, I would definitely try to book here again.
