Extremely disappointing — 1/10

I booked this place for 3 days, but I could only stay for 1 night because the conditions were honestly unbearable.

The entire house had a strong and unpleasant smell from pets, and there was pet dirt/hair around the property. The smell was so bad that it was difficult to feel comfortable or even breathe normally.

There was also no air conditioning in the room, despite the room being on the 6th floor, which made it extremely uncomfortable, especially during the hot weather.

Another major concern was privacy. There are cameras inside the property, including in the kitchen and close to the bathroom area. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and concerned about my privacy. Cameras in areas so close to a bathroom are completely unacceptable from a guest's perspective.

I paid for 3 days but had to leave after only 1 day because I simply couldn't stay there anymore.

Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. 1/10 — I would absolutely not recommend this place.

It was ok for the rate charged

Había que sortear un perro del responsable del mantenimiento que vive allí, no existe dirección del alojamiento, había que llegar viendo un vídeo en Youtube mandado por Whatssapp por el dueño del hostal si se puede llamarle de esta manera. Es horrible, horrible, horrible.

To reach the apartment is tricky (as others described) if you don´t have mobile data on your phone. The room itself is good. The bathroom is shared. There is a note in the corridor about CCTV so cover up if you need to use the toilet in the middle of the night.

So, i arrived at 2.30 on day of check in. They send you this whole message that if you leave your bag you can't use any of the public area, just leave your bag and go and if you forget something, you pay 5 euros every time they have to open the door. They say they rather you don't leave luggage. I message to say I arrived and he said wait till 3. He then sends me the check in online form only as it gets to 3, instead of sending it in the morning or the day before or whenever. Im standing in the heat with my suitcase. Outside the apartment is a signal dead zone. The WiFi doesn't work 6 flights down. He tells me "go to mcdonalds" with my big bag. I sneak in with someone else who got their form to work and the lady is pushing me out of the apartment until it goes through.

At 10.45pm on the final day, one of the staff tries to open my bedroom door to ask if the bicycle downstairs is mine. They tell you only to contact by WhatsApp but she just forcibly tries to enter my room instead of texting me......

Can't tell you lives there or what the situation is. Its a massive apartment with like 6 bedrooms that I saw. Weird, however the view is so nice, we can forgive.


The kitchen only had a microwave and kettle and no bowl or anything to eat with. Some forks appeared on the 2nd day.

No me avisaron q no habia agua, ni para aseo, ni para beber ni nada, el tv no funcionaba... Tengo videos. Aun estoy q me respondan en booking mi reclamación

et lorsque j'ai envoyé un message a le propriétaire a cause de cette problème, Il m'a répondu grossièrement et il m'a dit qu'on n'a pas une autre option et si tu veux tu peux quitter et on peut vous rembourser

mais malheureusement j'ai été dans la nuits déjà donc j'ai pas le temps de chercher une autre option
