Pros:

Das Guesthouse ist einfach, sauber und im traditionellen Stil gebaut (daher sehr hellhörig). Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir können einen Aufenthalt dort für Gäste empfehlen, die auf den Comfort nicht soviel wert legen und einen Einblick in die vietnamesische Lebensweise bevorzugen.

Pros:

Nice place with an exceptional view over the town. Friendly people and aesthetic interior with many local arts.
If you want to go to the Ban Gioc Waterfall without motorbike: there are public busses (nr 3&7) on the Main Street in front of the house every 30min.

Pros:

Nous avions beaucoup d'exigences et peu de temps. Néanmoins, , nous avons pu grâce à notre hôte et son aide exceptionnelle trouver un chauffeur au top pour sortir des sentiers bartus ! Le soir kha ban homestay était un refuge authentique et calme surplombant la ville. Merci pour cet échange précieux et ce passage à Cao Bang et ses environs qui reste après tout un séjour au nord du Vietnam un souvenir impérissable ! Un grand merci pour tout! Nadia et Valérie

Beautiful spot overlooking the city. The host was super helpful booking us a bus back to Hanoi in no time. He made us dinner both nights we stayed and they were delicious and extremely generous meals. Thank you so much

Authentiek verblijf op de heuvel...
Pros:

Mooie locatie, felegen ip een heuvel, een authentiek oud houten huis, alles op ca. 10/15 min. loopafstand...restaurants, supermarkten, scooter verhuur etc. enz. Mooie bloementuin met terras, genoten van de vlinders vogels en met de schemering vleermuizen...

Cons:

Host zou wat meer initiatief mogen nemen, zo moest ik zelf om mijn ontbijt vragen terwijl het inclusief was, dus een maal van de vier ontbeten; ik sta met het kraaien van de haan op, en ga vroeg op pad. Het zou minder stoffig kunnen; een stofzuiger werkt niet alleen op de vloer, maar b.v. ook boven voor stof draden, spinnenwebben etc... een natte doek hier en daar kan zeker geen kwaad...Het is een houten huis, dus erg gehorig, spreek waar nodig je buren er vriendelijk op aan...

La gentillesse et la serviabilité du propriétaire, le cadre et la vue.Bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Bien que nous apprécions les matelas fermes , nous avons trouvé les matelas trop durs et les lits trop bas. Les murs ne sont pas insonorisés .

Oasis in the middle of the city
Pros:

Really beautiful house overlooking Cao Bang. It was so peaceful and calm inside that I didn't feel like I was in the city! Simple facilities but everything you need. Owner was very helpful and welcoming. We loved it so much we came back for a second night.

La chambre très confortable pour un logement chez l’habitant
L’hôte a été adorable ! Il nous a proposé de nous conduire aux chutes d’eau. Il a pris le temps de nous expliquer son histoire, sa région…
Très belle expérience

Cons:

Peut être améliorer un peu le petit déjeuner
En plus des fruits locaux, prévoir un petit pain local ou autre à la place du pain de mie. Mais c’est vraiment anecdotique.
