Location is good . Hotel exterior and ambiance is good but rooms are not well designed & not mantained
Exactly not value for money
- Exceptional location with stunning views of the Swat River and surrounding mountains
- Spacious property with large rooms
- Quick service and reliable facilities (hot water, 24/7 heating, standby generator)
- Humble, courteous, and eager-to-serve staff ready to add warmth to the experience
- Resort needs enhanced maintenance and beautification
- Lack of certain amenities such as hair dryers, dental kits, lotions, and other washroom essentials
- Only basic toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo) are provided, which may inconvenience guests who don’t carry their own kits
Everything about this resort was just perfect.
They took almost an hour to send food; however, upon complaining, they said they prepare fresh food on order, so can't really argue with that.
The location and the staff
There was no lift and it was difficult to use the stairs for elderly guests like us. Very limited choice of food in the restaurant. There were frequent power cuts interrupting the TV viewing and use of internet. The Wi-Fi kept dropping continuously.

Food could be better
Everything was splendid just like it was mentioned in the description having everything well presented and clean. Staff was cooperative and got a chance to have a chat with the owner, really were sweet people.
Nothing much to talk about or specifically mentioning anything that lacked.
The location was eye catching. Staff was very supportive and helpful. It was very neat and clean. Breakfast had options and taste. View from our room was amazing. Garden area of the resort definitely added plus points for the resort. Further, as it was away from commercial area, so it had the peaceful environment we were looking for.
Would definitely opt for this in future also. Will also recommend this in my circle.

The buffet breakfast was good too. Desi options but quite good. If there had been some juices, it would have been better. The view of the river from the balcony was very good. The hotel staff was very friendly and check in was very fast.
The hot weather!!! But no fault of the hotel.
