Not recommended for people who r conscious of water as a precious resource
Pros:

Location and view of the sorrunding

Cons:

They don't have running hot water. Guests need to keep tap flowing and wasting water for 10 minutes to even wash hands. We had to use cold water for ablution at night and early morning. Their staff accepted that all guests if they require hot water, they need to keep taps open for 10 minutes as their hot water geysers are placed away from rooms and they had no remorse for wasting precious water for past 25;years.. it is very unfortunate to stay in such a place despite it having such a nice view and overall comfort
2) during breakfast there was ongoing load shedding.. the hotel has no alternative arrangements for toaster and electrical appliances to run. We had to have cold bread for breakfast

Excellent stay. The resort, location, views, vibe, everything was just too good.
Pros:

Everything about this resort was just perfect.

Cons:

They took almost an hour to send food; however, upon complaining, they said they prepare fresh food on order, so can't really argue with that.

We expected better and more comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location and the staff

Cons:

There was no lift and it was difficult to use the stairs for elderly guests like us. Very limited choice of food in the restaurant. There were frequent power cuts interrupting the TV viewing and use of internet. The Wi-Fi kept dropping continuously.

Love every bit to staying in this place, would definitely recommend it to other tourists or families visiting Swat.
Pros:

Everything was splendid just like it was mentioned in the description having everything well presented and clean. Staff was cooperative and got a chance to have a chat with the owner, really were sweet people.

Cons:

Nothing much to talk about or specifically mentioning anything that lacked.

Pros:

The location was eye catching. Staff was very supportive and helpful. It was very neat and clean. Breakfast had options and taste. View from our room was amazing. Garden area of the resort definitely added plus points for the resort. Further, as it was away from commercial area, so it had the peaceful environment we were looking for.
Would definitely opt for this in future also. Will also recommend this in my circle.
