Las instalaciones muy buenas. Desayuno súper completo,delicioso y fresco. La habitación preciosa,la cama comodísima. Las vistas muy bonitas. Ubicación excelente, en pleno centro de Hamburgo. Cerca de todo.

Cons:

Que el aire acondicionado de mi habitación no refrescaba por completo. Y pasé un poco de calor.

Nettes Hotel in schöner Lage aber nichts für Frischluft-Fans

Nettes Personal, gutes Standart-Frühstück, tolle Lage

Cons:

Kein Schränke und wenig Ablagemöglickeiten.
Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. In Verbindung mit nicht oder nur schwach funktionierenden Klimaanlagen in mehreren Zimmern des Hotels waren die Nächte nur schwer zu ertragen, da es schnell warm und stickig wurde. Das Personal hat sein Bestes getan, aber leider waren ihnen die Hände gebunden. Angeblich sind Klimatechniker vor Ort, um sich des Problems anzunehmen.
Ein kleiner Rabatt bei den Parkgebühren hat die negative Erfahrung etwas gemildert.

Es ist zentral gelegen , Buss &UBahn alles in 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Pros:

Es hat alles geklappt was wir wollten!

Cons:

Handtüchern ( nur 1 für 2 Personen 😳)könnte man mehr haben. Aber es hat sich erledigt.

Pros:

Bequeme Betten. Zwei Kissen zur Auswahl. Großer Fön. Große Dusche. Große Ablagefläche im Bad. Prima Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Keine einzige Schublade im Zimmer. Es gibt nur eine Kleiderstange. Man muss wissen, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann.

Very close to the city center, all in easy walking distance

Cons:

The room we've got was very small (and hot even though we maxed the air con) for 4 ppl. Ok for one night, but too small for anything longer than that.
