location is perfect

Cons:

parking is expensive and despite I pay the money , I need to revisit the desk because somehow parking ticket were not valid and wait about 30min after check out

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft einschließlich Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Hotel und das Zimmer entsprach ganz unseren Vorstellungen. Die Lage ist gut für den Besuch der Altstadt, der Speicherstadt und des Hafens.
Das Frühstück war gut, es wurde immer sofort nachgelegt. Besonders war die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat mir ein Schrank oder eine Kommode gefehlt.

Das Hotel würden wir wieder buchen
Pros:

Das Hotel nur 2 Haltestellen vom Bahnhof entfernt und die U-Bahnstation der U1 war direkt vor der Tür. Eine ideale Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und mitten in der Stadt. Nach dem Konzertbesuch konnte man den Abend noch an der Bar ausklingen lassen.

Cons:

An der Rezeption war das check in nicht ganz so ideal. Das zweite Handtuch im Bad mussten wir suchen. Es befand sich in der Schrankablage. Ungünstig

Schönes Hotel mit guter Anbindung
Pros:

Speicherstadt, U-Bahn und Parkplätze vor der Tür, was will man mehr?

Cons:

Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, alles kurz und knapp, jede Frage war zuviel.
Schade das im Zimmer kein Tresor vorhanden ist.
Die Handtücher können nicht aufgehängt werden, da sie keine Ösen haben. Sehr kleiner "Kleiderschrank" zuwenig Bügel.

Pros:

Super Lage! Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück! Schönes Zimmer, in dem alles funktioniert hat. Dass kein Fenster geöffnet werden kann, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber die Luftqualität war OK.

Konumu merkeziydi. Kaldığımız oda köşe odaydı, büyük bir odaydı. Yatak rahattı. Kahvaltısı güzeldi.

Odalarda tek kullanımlık terlik olması iyi olur. Genellikle Avrupa otellerinde terlik bulunmuyor gerçi.
