Great Value, Great service,Amazing location
Pros:

Honestly the hospitality is great ! Nice little communal area with pool table and bar. Great value for what they charge. Bedding was fresh and clean , always asked if we needed new towels,bin bags etc. Day or night Mandy the host was amazing ! Very close to the central pier and town centre about 5/10 minutes walk depending on ability.

Cons:

Couple of DIY issues and deep cleaning needed on some things ,bathroom door didnt shut,bits of wallpaper hanging off and some dust in fans.

Owner was lovely, you get what you pay for really £36 for a night it was comfortable enough

Cons:

The tv didn’t work, shower had a lot of dirt at the bottom, doors were loud a squeaky

A perfect location to rest at if you’re travelling by coach bus!
Pros:

Great value for the price! The bed was super comfortable, we appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the room, and the owners were so friendly and helpful :) The location was within walking distance of everything you could possibly want. We would definitely stay again!

Cons:

The walls were a little thin so we could hear the snoring and conversations from the guests in the next room, and the temperature of the shower was not the most consistent.

I would stay again,
Pros:

Great location , bed was comfortable , manager was lovely . We got a fan the second night from the manager which we were grateful for as we couldn’t get a fan in any off the shops .

Cons:

We were on the very top floor , I do understand we were offered a different room the next day but didn’t want to move every thing again . Room was very small and so was the toilet / shower .
