Greeted by a nice man upon arrival, I liked the carpet and lounge area, the area very close to beach front
I arrived at 8pm and left at 1am I had NO sleep, i returned next morning to collect my belongings at 7am, the noise from 1 particular room under my room was horrendous, I believe these people were long term residents or possibly homeless/junkies booked in for the night, shouting whistling screaming non stop, when I arrived to collect my belongings at 7am they were still being extremely loud!! Deplorable non considerate scum! The bathroom window would not close it was -1 outside, no toilet roll in bathroom, cigarette ends were on top of toilet near bathroom window, I often wonder either the cleaners are shockingly bad at their job or they simply don't care?? The emergency number provided on booking.com and inside of hotel, a mobile number, goes straight to voicemail regardless of what time you call it, I called the number 4 times and left voicemail message in the hope of changing rooms, but never ever able to talk to no one, very disappointing experience for me personally and I wouldn't return here

Las chinches en las camas y la falta de reacción ante el problema.
Nos enviaron a otra habitación en otro alojamiento peor todavía y añadiendo que habían construido los escalones externos con azulejos y tuve una caída que me llevó a urgencias. Voy a demandar si no responden ante su responsabilidad.
The location , the pool table , the bed was comfortable and bedroom clean
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property
Location was good and easy to check in and out
We booked in for 2 nights and left after the first night as the smell of cannabis was overpowering and made me feel sick so we had to check into another hotel ...I get there's not staff walking through corridors doing a sniff check but the whole building smelt of it the second you walked through the front door and unless they have a broken nose anyone could clearly smell it and know it was being smoked on the premises
The location.the owner was polite and easy to chat.

The radiator on the top floor all got warm so woke up cold in the morning

The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating and had no problems with me arriving and checking in early.
It was perfect for my short stay and was near the town centre and the tower. It was also not far from the National Express Coach station which was really handy.
The room was a bit small.
