Nice budget place for short stays
Pros:

Nice staff
Location near Sirkace metro station and Yenikapy ferry station
Nice safe neighbourhood
Great value for money
The lady in the reception was super nice

Cons:

Cleaning can be better. Toilet floor and room floor should not be cleaned with the same towel and water.

The bathroom and room were not the most clean. Bathroom in particular seemed to have mould in.

For acclimatizing before the ferry ride.
Pros:

I stayed in the room for five days. It's double room, two people. It's convenient for a morning stroll along the embankment. It's also great for acclimatizing before a ferry ride. There's a local market on Thursdays. The bed linen was changed every three days. I'd stay in this room again next time. Greetings from Vladivostok.

Cons:

Some of the issues noted in other reviews are present, but they're not critical.

It was ok it could be more better overall it’s good

It was close to the tourist attraction

Cons:

Bathroom was extremely small you can’t even wash your face shower head was broken room cleaning was not done remote of ac and tv wasn’t there until I asked for it
