RESERVATION PAYMENT & FEES: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in. The full amount of the booking will be due if your arrival date is within 30 days of the booking date.
Please note that a USD$4.38 per room per night levy government tax will be charged upon check-in. This applies to all Barbados properties as of July 1st, 2018.
Security Deposit: A Security Deposit of US$150.00 (One Bedroom Superior Suite), US$250.00 (Two Bedroom Apartment) or US$300.00 (Three Bedroom Penthouse) is required on arrival charged to a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), refundable upon check out.
CHECK-IN: Upon check-in, photo identification and a credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Extremely helpful staff, comfortable, well-equipped and clean bedrooms and facilities.
Everything was fine.
The hotel was lovely and quiet. We had room 9 upstairs which had a lovely balcony to sit and relax with morning coffee and was very private. The welcome pack was also very helpful as we arrived late.
Nothing
Cheerful, helpful staff. Very clean rooms, well tended grounds and pool, away from the crowds, it feels like the team here care for their property and customers. The pool furniture is very good quality and there was always space and availability of a lounger and parasols when it gets hot. Very much appreciated and used was the membership of the Beach House Club by the beach. This too is very well maintained and has great facilities including good showers and loungers with shade if needed. It is also close to the supermarket which is useful, as the Palm resort is a fair walk (in the heat of the day) from the centre of shopping. There are basic provisions for sale in the hotel lobby if needed.
If there was a small bar offering cool drinks that would make it perfect. Otherwise, we were very impressed with the place.

Good location. Quiet. Daily maid service. Good pool. Clean.
Some staff could smile more but generally ok.
Love the aesthetica
The acccomodations were exceptional. We stayed in the 2bedroom suite, and everything from the kitchen, to the bedroom, to the bathroom was perfect. The staff went above and beyond with everything and made our vacation wonderful. We felt spoiled yet integrated (like locals) as it was nestled inside of a gorgeous neighborhood, and a quick walk to restaurants, beaches, wine store and coffee shops. Location was perfect.

The location excellent, central, peaceful, the facilities was like being home from home, I would totally recommend it as a group holiday with my friends, the pickup (taxi) very Very friendly service, transport excellent plentiful. The sea at your finger tips, when I return next time I will hire a car.
There isn't anything not to like, it's what you make of your time, I will return.
