A comfortable stay and worth the price
Pros:

It’s conveniently located near stations and konbinis. Not a crowded area, which I preferred. It’s also near Yamato if you need to send luggage.

Cons:

I wish there was a bidet in the toilet/bathroom, but otherwise the room was fine.

Not happy at all. Would never stay here again.

Cons:

Room has a very strong smell of paint. We never had hot water. My husband and daughter took a shower in ice cold water. I sent a message asking for someone to please come by because we wanted to bathe and they never did. Absolutely awful customer service and the entrance is a construction site with paint, rods, and buckets.

Pros:

安かった。4人で泊まれた。

Cons:

SoftBankのメールアドレスを登録していたところ、booking.com経由のメールがアルファベット以外文字化けしていた。電話やメールで連絡したが、電話は繋がらず、追加のメールも文字化けしていたので困った。宿泊日当日に電話の折り返しがあったので内容の確認ができたが、直前に確認していたら泊まれなかったかもしれないと思った。

中学生と小学生の子供も楽しんで過ごせました
Pros:

メールでの対応にタイムラグが不安でしたが、反応が早くてスムーズな対応で、安心感がありました。

Cons:

テレビのリモコンの電池が切れてました。テレビも自分のアカウントでログインするのが少し面倒でした。

こんなにイライラしたことは今までにないです。最低です。

Cons:

チェックイン当日、部屋番号が不明のため電話連絡を取り暗証番号を入力したが開きませんでした。何度も電話連絡を試みましたが折り返しもメッセージの返信も一向になく、他のホテルを予約する羽目に。約1万3千円が無駄になりました。これで返金がないなんて詐欺ではないでしょうか？

部屋をゆったり使えたので、とてもよかったです。ありがとう。

お部屋が広かったことと、ベッドがしっかり一人ずつ使えて、ゆったりできた。

Cons:

バス・トイレが非常に狭い。シャワーの水圧が弱く、お風呂場には不満足。

Low budget, low amentity, perfect home base for a traveller

It was nice to have some personal space, the ability to cook fresh food, and a television

Cons:

There was no way to deal with rubbish. Because it was business rubbish my understandingn is we couldnt just take it out for collection and we were there for 9 days so we ended up storing it on the balcony because the room started to smell.

There is a strange lack of some amenities like tea towels, brush and shovel etc so it wasnt easy to keep the room clean, again we were there for 9 days, so I feel bad for the cleaners, it must be tricky when they have really dirty tenants.

お得料金だから、騒音はしょうがないと思った。
Pros:

入って清潔な部屋で安心しました。
蔵前駅から近いので良かったです。
浅草へも歩いて行ける範囲で、周辺には飲食店コンビニもあり便利でした。部屋に洗濯機も付いていてとても便利だと思いました。トイレの便座は冷たい！料金とても安かった！

Cons:

隣りなのか上の階なのか、夜中、ずーっと、日本語ではない何人かで歌う歌声と物音が聞こえてきて、寝つきがとても悪かったです。あと、道路沿いで、夜中のパトカーのサイレン、観光のレーシングカーの音はまぁまぁ大きな音で聞こえます。
