Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Over the next few weeks, scaffolding will be installed around the building as part of planned works. Work will take place between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

The room was clean, warm and had tea/coffee facilities. It wasn't noisy and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I couldn't just have the bedside light on. It didn't work unless the main light was also on.

L'hotel è pulito, comodo per i trasporti, a due passi da Hyde Park, e il personale è disponibile

La posizione è comodissima a due passi da Hyde park e anche dalla fermata della metropolitana, il letto e
è molto comodo abbiamo riposato benissimo, la colazione è buona e varia e il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Pros:

Disponibilità assoluta da parte di tutto il personale dello staff!!! Pulizia accurata con cambio di asciugamani ogni giorno!!! Molto pratico per muoversi con la metro(linea rossa) letteralmente a due passi, o per muoversi anche a piedi!!!

très chouette séjour en famille

La localisation de l'hôtel est idéale. très proche d'un arrêt de métro, proche de Hyde Park et Kensington Garden. Il y a plein de chouette petit restos aux alentours de l'hôtel (agréable pour terminer la journée, ou la commencer). L'accueil est simple et chaleureux.

Cons:

Le désavantage de la chambre que nous avons choisie, est sa petite taille. Nous étions en famille dans une chambre de 4 (à 4 donc) et on a à peine la possibilité de se croiser dans la chambre. Mais honnêtement pour le prix, la chambre fait le travail.

Uno de los mejores sitios en los que me he hospedado
Pros:

Las instalaciones y la habitación estaban muy limpias y calentitas. El agua caliente salía muy rápido, la cama era muy blandita y las ventanas eran gruesas, por lo que no entraba frío ni ruido de la calle. Además, las vistas que teníamos eran preciosas.

Por otra parte, el personal fue muy amable con todas nuestras preguntas y peticiones, y el buffet de desayuno era muy barato y variado. Además, tenían un servicio para dejar las maletas gratis si necesitabas estar más tiempo después del check out.

Cons:

Nada, todo estaba perfecto.

Pros:

I like Mr.Gawin for their superb service, really helpful from beginning of my check in till check out, he even help me to get the bag into my Uber. He also give me to wait inside when I arrive earlier to check in. Shout to Mr. Gawin for the courtesy and very very helpful service. I give 5 star for your service Mr Gawin.

De locatie en het personeel. Locatie was echt top met leuke restaurantjes in de buurt ook voor ontbijt. Voor bussen en metro’s is locatie echt top!
Personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Kamer is echt klein en het hele hotel moet echt een update krijgen.
Gelukkig was badkamer en bed wel schoon

Good budget friendly basic hotel. Convenient location.
Pros:

Great location, quiet street. Lancaster Gate and Paddington stations both within 10 minute walk, and buses nearby. Clean and comfortable beds. Good shower. Plenty of hot water. Elevator. Staff are very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Rooms are serviced daily. They let me leave my luggage after checking out on day of departure as my flight wasn’t until evening.

Cons:

Rooms are small. I was on my own with small suitcase so not a problem. But it would be tight for two with large luggage. Decor is dated with signs of wear and tear.
