Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements are to be made prior to arrival, and guests will need to fill in a pre-authorization form. The onsite bar is currently closed, however, there are two pubs nearby.

Over the next few weeks, scaffolding will be installed around the building as part of planned works. Work will take place between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Me gusto la ubicacion y cercania a las estaciones de tren y subte . Sobre todo la amabilidad del personal en la recepcion ,Tambien se puede dejar los equipajes luego del chek out.

Pros:

Location: Excellent, right next to Hyde Park. Perfect for those who enjoy walking, as many major sights are within walking distance.
Transport: Very close to the Underground and bus stations.
Staff: The staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay.
Room: Clean enough
and a very good size for London standards.
Breakfast: Satisfying and great value for money.
Area: Surrounded by plenty of choices for coffee and dining.
Overall:
"A very pleasant stay for a couple. The location is strategic for sightseeing on foot, and the overall service was excellent. We highly recommend it!"

Piacevole sorpresa
Pros:

Struttura a due passi dalla metro e da Hide park, comoda per spostarsi. A pochi minuti a piedi da Paddington station. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in attesa di check-in, e dopo il check out. Mega punto a favore : asciugamani puliti tutti i giorni ! ( Ho avuto esperienze diverse e per me questo è un valore extra) .
Tante prese elettriche e con già incorporata un uscita USB, senza necessità di adattatore. Bollitore , the e caffè in camera. Immediatamente nelle vicinanze presenti anche un paio di locali dove mangiare. Consigliata !

Rent och fräscht rum, även om det var väldigt litet. Personalen är oerhört hjälpsam och serviceinriktad. Toppenläge precis intill Hyde Park. God frukost.

I got a free upgrad to a double room. The service was very nice and the location at hyde park is just perfect. i would definitly recommend staying and i will go again!

Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, la posizione è invidiabile in quanto vicino alla fermata METRO Lancaster Gate e possibilità di prendere molte linee AUTOBUS ( comodissimi se si è con bambini piccoli).
Struttura pulita e comoda.
Lo staff è molto amichevole, cordiali e disponibili. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al check out senza sovrapprezzo..
Consiglio di fare colazione in struttura ( a buffet salata e dolce ) al costo di 10 sterline.

En general, nos pareció un buen sitio. La relación calidad-precio es perfecta.
Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas, pero cumplen su función y, aunque viajábamos con un bebé, estuvimos cómodos.
La limpieza y el orden eran impecables.
Si volviera a la ciudad, probablemente me alojaría de nuevo en este hotel.
