Nice place to stay, near Paddington station
It was exactly what I expected and needed at a very reasonable price. The location is great - close to everything but in a quiet street.
Location ideal - a short walk to Lancaster Gate tube station. Plenty of places close by to eat and drink.
The staff were all very helpful.
Breakfast was good
The property itself was all good. We had booked three rooms, one of which was at the front directly opposite the Mitre pub and it was very noisy most nights disturbing sleep.

Location is great! and the staff were very friendly and helpful
The room was very tired, not unclean at all but in desperate need of refurb. Some lights and shaver socket didn't work, paintwork needs attention, shower head was leaking in odd directions and the pillows were very lumpy.

We arrived 2 hours early and they sorted a room out for us. The staff are amazing, breakfast was good. Brilliant location.
El lugar está muy bien en la relación precio-calidad. La habitación es pequeña pero es justo lo el espacio que se necesita para estar en Londres: nunca estás en el hotel salvo para dormir. El personal es muy amable. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el inodoro y lo solucionaron rápido. Las camas son cómodas. La ubicación es perfecta, Paddington es un barrio tranquilo y a 500 metros del metro. El Hyde Park está a 200 metros.
Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero realmente no es un problema.
