Over the next few weeks, scaffolding will be installed around the building as part of planned works. Work will take place between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Buena atención y excelente situación.
Pros:

Excelente atención por parte del personal de recepción del hotel. Llegamos antes de la hora de check-in y aún así se esforzaron y preocuparon por darnos una habitación lo antes posible. Indicar también que se encuentra muy bien situado, cerca de Hyde Park, y a pocos minutos andando de la estación de tren Paddington, de la que sale un tren express que te lleva al aeropuerto de Heathrow en 15 minutos. Asimismo, la relación calidad-precio fue muy buena. La recepción está abierta veinticuatro horas.

Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was exactly as described and very clean. I had requested a baby bed in advance, and it was already set up in the room when we arrived, which I really appreciated.

The location is excellent—very close to Hyde Park and near two stations, making it easy to get around. The area is well-served with everything you might need.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I asked them several times to heat up my baby’s food, and they were always happy to assist.

I highly recommend this hotel!

Oteli eşimle Londra’da 3 günlük tatilimiz için tuttuk. Otelin konumu paddington tren istasyonuna, Lancaster gate metro durağına ve birçok otobüs durağına çok yakındı. Hyde park yürüyerek 7 dk, oxford caddesi 20-25 dk mesafedeydi. Odamız günlük olarak toplandı. Odamız küçüktü ama bu zaten seçenekler arasında belirtilmişti. Otelin dış yan cephesi tadilattaydı ama bizi rahatsız etmedi oteli genel olarak uyumak ve duş almak için kullandık. Odamızda sadece bir tane usb girişi çalışıyordu söyleseydik belki çözüm bulunurdu ama bu da bizim için sorun değildi. Genel olarak fiyat/performans oteliydi, memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler

Despite we booked a triple room, we've got a Double bed with a single one. It was no issue for us, as we didnt mind sharing bed, but other people might not feel confortable with. Still, lovely hotel. 😊

Great hotel, close to transport and parks.
Pros:

It was a day of 5 nights at this great hotel. It is an easy walk to Lancaster Gate and Paddington stations as well as buses. WiFi very good. Rooms were quiet & thoroughly cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable & shower was hot. The staff were excellent, friendly & helpful. Luggage can be left after checking out. I would recommend the hotel.
