Pros:

J ai été très agréablement surprise et satisfaite de l accueil chaleureux que l on m a réservé dans cet Hôtel. M Philippe un monsieur gentil et conciliant..ça reste tout de même rare ! Tout était top, joliment décoré, très propre. Absolument rien à dire. Petit déjeuner excellent avec croissants tout chaud en plus ainsi que du salé. J y retournerais c est sur et je le recommande vivement. Faites moi confiance, c est le premier qui m à charmé et convaincu!.

Lovely location, comfortable beds and overall a good choice
Pros:

Location perfect for transport and sightseeing opportunities. Room upgrade on arrival at no extra cost was a bonus for 3 occupants giving us more space also air conditioning. Breakfast good and staff polite

Pros:

Staff was great, friendly and helpful.. Very accommodating. I especially like the location; only 2 min walk to Hyde Park or tube.
As I am a walker, I found it enjoyable to tour on foot key areas such as Covenant Gardens, Soho and the theatre districts all from the hotel.

Cons:

Only negative is personal. I do not like lower level bkfst rooms without windows.

CHeap, small perfectly located. Nice staff.
Pros:

A small room but tidy and clean with a comfy bed. Ideal for the cost. The hotel is in a bnice area with good pubs and near Italian Gardens.

Cons:

Cant complain because it was cheap for its location.

Très bon séjour tout de même.
Pros:

L’emplacement, la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel, la salle de bain propre et faite tous les matins. Petit déjeuner abordable et très varié.

Cons:

Les murs sont fins comme du papier à cigarette, du coup, ça peut être bruyant (voisins qui rentrent tard ou enfants qui crient ou pleurent, le voisin qui essaye de brancher sa prise, etc). Insonorisation très mauvaise (murs) et pas de double vitrage (comme partout en GB).

È stato un soggiorno perfetto, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, in un ambiente accogliente che ci ha fatte sentire a casa
Pros:

La Posizione è comodissima ai servizi, in una zona piena di hotel, ristoranti e piccoli supermercati aperti 24/24 a due passi da Paddington e altrettanti dalla fermata di Lancaster gate, servita egregiamente dai mezzi pubblici.
Lo staff è davvero accogliente e attento, qualsiasi richiesta è stata esaudita e ci hanno anche offerto una colazione.
La Camera era piccola ma perfetta per due persone e molto pulita.

Cons:

Il condizionatore montato proprio sopra il letto.
