It gets hot and I couldn't open the window as we were on ground floor at the front
The entrance area is unclean, with overflowing bins and scattered trash. Additionally, mail has been left on the floor near the entryway.
There appears to be a lack of accountability. I waited over 45 minutes to access my room, and although I selected a specific one, I was given a different room that had not been cleaned. The WiFi doesn’t work .The neighboring room was extremely noisy, with arguments, shouting, and loud music, making it impossible to sleep. Despite calling and sending video evidence, no action was taken to resolve the situation.

Horror Stay! Have to leave at 4am in shock and horror. The problem that makes me not return is other guess that really disturbing our staying.
Firstly, The facilities is very bad, floor make noise all around, noise from every room you can hear. The host have no rules or policy for guess that come to stay. There a women stay in front of the house and keeping asking she can not get in the flat she booked. And keep asking us to give her a code to get in. A very bad area, DO NOT stay around there.
Secondly, They let guess do whatever they want, if you are there instead of me that night, you will feel such a horror. The women's and the man in the room downstair keep shouting, creaming and banging things With Very Loud Music the whole night till morning when i left at 4:30am. There people keeping coming in and out to the room like they having their private party.
I came to stay to relax and instead i have been shocked and open eye the whole night till i could not stand any longer and left in disgusted at 4am in the morning, i couldn't stand their screaming and shouting and the noise any more.
I Have been using Booking.com for so many years and a top genius level here, have i never experience such a horror situation when my downstair keeping saying '' You killed your brother, and you want to break my arm too''.
And i decide not coming back there that day or never to that area again in my life.
I booked and pay for 3 nights but Host did nothing accept saying its non refundable! Even though its their fault on security of the house

Unfortunately, there was very little to like about the property during my stay. The location might be convenient for some, but the condition of the accommodation and the lack of basic amenities and cleanliness completely overshadowed any potential positives.
This was, without question, the worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere — an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The room was disgustingly dirty upon arrival: unchanged bedsheets from the last guest, overflowing trash, dusty room, and not even the most basic amenities like soap, shampoo, or cutlery. When I raised this with the owners, they shrugged it off saying ‘the cleaner didn’t have time.’ Excuse me? In what world is it acceptable to check a guest into a filthy, unprepared room?
The WiFi never worked, and the so-called ‘support’ was completely useless. It felt like they didn’t care at all once they had your money. Even worse, I talked to another couple locked out overnight because the main building key code failed. They had to sleep outside — completely abandoned. What kind of operation is this?
This place is not just badly managed — it’s borderline negligence. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disgust. Spend your money somewhere that actually respects its guests. I left feeling scammed, angry, and genuinely sorry for anyone else who might go through what I did.
Bed was fine. Bathroom was ok.
There was a long code to enter the main door which was useless. I had to get the code changed three times. The wifi connection was terrible, wasn’t able to get any access. Smart tv had no signal and it was useless. The main entrance of the property was filthy.
Close to the main road, and quite to stay
Value for money. Easy connections to bus lines and shops. Clean and comfortable room. Easy communication with owner.
The pillows could do with additional ones and new ones.
The kitchen was not in a very acceptable state, but it is understandable as it is shared.

The bedsheets looked unclean and I requested for more towels as there was one. I was told there are no cleaners available so I had to go purchase toiletries and tissue as well as towels.
I needed a hair dryer and there was none at the facility and neither was there an iron as mentioned in description. The bathroom had a smell to it and it ruined my stay all together.

This place caused me to break down twice as I had a long journey and paid for comfort and rest which was very difficult in this stinking apartment.

Security was lacking as someone accidentally walked into my apartment and another resident struggled to get in at night and the phone in the room rang and she needed help which I did not mind but the owner of the facilities has to take on this roll.
It was a complete waste of money and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone EVER.
The place was recently updated and fairly clean. The in-room kitchen area was convenient and appreciated. Loved the shower pressure and how easily the temperature could be adjusted.
There was no wifi for my entire stay, and staff had no urgency or interest in getting it sorted. Also, the bed sheets could have been fresher, and the chairs at the table need to be cleaned or replaced. I didn't expect the tight staircase or how many flights to get to the room (with heavy luggage).
