Cons:

No funcionaba la bomba de calor y pasamos algo de frío en la habitación. La ubicación del hotel está en un lugar en el que cuesta mucho encontrar aparcamiento. El precio que pagamos quizá no es adecuado.

Coincidió con lo esperado
Pros:

La atención del personal, todos sin excepción.

Cons:

Circunstancias ajenas al hotel como el comportamiento ruidoso de algunos huéspedes ( no siempre claro) y la falta de una nevera en la habitación para mantener el agua fría, aunque debo agradecer al personal de recepción, que suplieron esa deficiencia facilitándome la posibilidad de congelar botellas de agua en la cafetería.
