Vị trí thuận tiện, lễ tân nhiệt tình vui vẻ

Cons:

Phòng bị ẩm mốc, mùi rất khó chịu, có 1 mảng mốc lớn đen trên trần nhà, ngay cạnh máy điều hoà. Gối quá cao.

They did not provided our booked 2 rooms and asked us to book new room for doubled price, so we had to find another hote

Nothing good at all.

Cons:

All. This is a spam!! For foreigners please don’t get into trouble by booking this. Because we booked two rooms from this hotel and even informed them that we are coming around 11pm, but when we go there they said no rooms and tried offer one room with doubled price. So then we have to walk in streets as homeless people, we felt really uncomfortable and scared to walk in roads in the mid night. We booked taxi just to go there and spend and 10$ just for the taxi to go to this hotel and once we arrived there the way that they treated is totally disappointed. Please don’t treat foreigners in this way, we trust booking.com and as a result of that we booked from this hotel and just after tired travel from foreign country they told that booked rooms offer to someone else and now no two rooms!! I’m speechless 🥲
