Great value for money
Pros:

Location of the hotel is excellent to explore the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The staff were extremely courteous and very attentive to our needs. Massage provided by the hotel was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone!

In einem anderem Zimmer wäre das Hotel in Ordnung.
Pros:

Das Haus hat 5 Etagen und keinen Aufzug. Für die 1. Nacht wurde uns im 1.Stockwerk ein Familienzimmer zugeteilt, und wir sollten am nächsten Tag umziehen. Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht, Fenster gegen eine Wand im Erdgeschoß, aus dem Bad hat es gemieft nach einer alten Kanalisation.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Das Zimmer, das gemieft hat. Es lag im Erdgeschoß.

Nice quiet hotel in central location
Pros:

The reception was very warm,
All the staff were very helpful, warmhearted throughout the stay.
The whole place is very clean and tidy.
Breakfast is plentiful and offers something for every taste.
The beds have a pleasant hardness and there are different pillows.
The location is very central yet quiet.
We would love to come back.

Ребята, так держать! ВЫ МОЛОДЦЫ!!!!
Pros:

Персонал потрясающий, на любые просьбы реагировали моментально, отсутствие горячей воды в номере, было решено за 5 минут. Комары- предложили моментальное решение. Потрясающие завтраки. После выселения разрешили остаться, зарядили холодильник с жизненно необходимым лекарством для ребенка. Бассейн - прекрасен, мало людей, чистота, очень красиво. Номер был отличный, чисто, удобно, все необходимое предоставлено. Отличный отель, рекомендуем к посещению.

Schöne Anlage mit super Service
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Pool. Besonders der Service ist hervorzuheben, so wird sich schnell und einfach zu guten Preisen um Tourplanungen, Flughafentranfer etc. gekümmert.

Cons:

Leider sehr schlechtes WiFi
Durch eine Baustelle nebenan, wird man leider schon um 7 Uhr durch Baulärm geweckt.
Besser ein Zimmer mit Poolblick nehmen, da sollte es ruhiger sein. Bei den Zimmern mit Stadtblick schaut man nämlich auch direkt auf die Wand des Nachbarhauses, was nur 1 1/2 Meter entfernt steht.

Perfecto para un par de días
Pros:

La ubicación, piscina y el personal de recepción y el chico de la piscina eran muy simpáticos. La comida del restaurante es barata y tienen opción de llevar la comida/cena a la habitación sin coste extra.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor, por lo que si te toca en la última planta vas a tener que subir y bajar por las escaleras (que no son pocas). Para alguien con movilidad reducida es algo muy importante a tener en cuenta. Además, el agua de la ducha no salía caliente nunca.

Pros:

The pool was a great thing, as an area for relaxing and having a drink, though you must come prepared with a mosquito repellent.
The reception is efficient and responds quickly, some speak very good English, there is a tour-manager that help you organize your trips, overall great service.

Cons:

No elevator. We where there in the high season and they only had rooms on the 4th floor. Having to climb every time to the 4th at 38 degrees C (stairs are not air conditioned) is not fun. The first day we tried to cancel the reservation and go to another hotel, but they wouldn't accept not even a partial cancellation.

The water in the shower came out cold and with low pressure. The shower area was not separated from the rest of the bathroom, the water runs straight through the middle of the bathroom floor, the entire floor gets wet and stays wet, cause you have nothing to clean it up with. They only give you one small towel, and only one role of paper, obviously you end up going 4 floors up/down every time you're missing something.

Good location and on a quiet road just off a main road but no noise.great staff who helps you if they can. Okay breakfast

Cons:

Noisy AC in our room, building site started at 7.00 next door, the place really needs some maintenance, cracks in the floors no handle on the taps lights not working

Pros:

La struttura è molto bella anche l area piscina, lo staff ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste per il check in e per i letti.
Vanny è stata molto gentile ha anche risolto un problema, spedendo un oggetto che avevo dimenticato e organizzando il tutto alla perfezione.
