A relaxing and beautiful gem of a hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location. Beautiful pool with jacuzzi, waterfall and swim up bar. Lovely staff. Tiny frogs and kittens.

Cons:

We loved staying here so this is nitpicking, but the air-conditioning in my daughters’ room didn’t work very well (it called the room but definitely knocked down to the temperature indicated on the display), and even though we reported this, it was not fixed.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Drinks food and pool was great

Cons:

I didn't like. Not having a lift and the family room being on the third floor. Also the pressure of the showers were very low.

Pros:

The room is large and spacious. The breakfast is excellent. Staffs are extremely friendly!! They help us so much with the room and arranged tour and guide Staff are all smiles at the reception. :) would definitely recommend this to my friends and family

Excellent Luxury Hotel Experience
Pros:

Everything was smooth and comfortable during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and the ability to relax in the quiet pool area, the breakfast was fresh every morning, the location was perfect and we were able to easily enjoy sightseeing in the city.

First time in Cambodia
