The rooms and the staff
I like the location, clean room, balcony with a view and the hot shower. The staffs were also very accomodating. The price is also affordable and reasonable.

Breakfast is not included in our booking. Julianne and her husband are very accommodating.
The water coming from the faucet in the comfort room is very mahina and there are flying insects especially at night
The unit is so clean, no crawlers, hot shower, clean T&B, cozy bed, almost everything!!! Sooo Good
Lack of parking spaces
Location, overlooking the gorge and a short walk to Sagada Restaurants. The pine features inside.
No toilet seat, in bathroom? Hot water shower, too hot or too cold. There are no sheets on the bed. No cleaning of room or coffee cups, etc, and no kitchen to do oneself.

An inexpensive double room with bathroom, a short walk from the town..
There was a kettle in the room to boil water for drinks etc.
Toilet paper,.shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush and a towel were provided.

Had a lovely stay, only short walk from the centre. The owner was very friendly, I could check in early. The room was clean, the bed comfy, a hot shower which was great after a rainy day. Very quiet at night :) Would definitely recommend!

It is a little far from things. Construction next door from 8am to 630pm. Staff seemed limited in what they could do. They had menus posted, we asked and never got a response.
Great views, quiet, clean, calm. Provided early check-in. Even gave us dinner for free when we didn't have enough cash bc of ATM issues. Perfect stay!
