Great!
Pros:

I got a free upgrade for my room with window. The hotel is just 2 km from the airport. The bedroom is comfortable for me as solo traveller. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Worth every penny!

Pros:

Nothing but the staffs were helpful with our issues & requests.

Cons:

Almost everything. We were there last year but wasnt that much of a grim since there was a cafe but this year it does looks like it is straight out of a horror movies, we found cheaper options but thought this could be a bit better option since it's just a work trip. i still didn't get the room that we requested as they stated they're unable to get the room ready soon which somehow quite odd since the hotel weren't really seems like it's occupied anyway. the amenities & facilities were much worst than our last stay. Could've find much cheaper options with better facilities. Definitely not coming back. The ac were needed to be fixed twice in order for it to work, the wifi somehow were hard to stay connected.
