Americas Best Value Inn Billings

Bathroom was dirty, awful toilet paper, half the lights didnt work. Wasnt real clean all around. The tv remote didnt work except to turn on/off or choose a few stations. Was not satified.

The ad said there would be a swimming pool and restaurant. The property has been sold. The restaurant was closed for renovation. The pool is in bad shape and needs a lot of repair work. It was closed down.

No Bar, No Casino, No pool all were advertised. Way overpriced for what was offered?

Drug bust in the middle of the night. Homeless people living there. One homeless black male sexually harassed a tenant there. Drug addicts living there. Security door did not work so anyone could walk in building. Front desk does not answer the phone. Laundry didn't work but maybe 3 machines, no pool, though advertised with pool and breakfast, but none, no casino but says there was. Says pets are allowed but not cats, so why does it say PETS allowed? Roach in my room, flies everywhere In building and in my room because laundry window stays open. Was told my 50.00 would be back on my card by 3pm, and was not. Bathroom has rotted floor.

Where do I start? It is the worst hotel in Billings. The pictures do not justify what it really really stands for or looks like walked in the room. Air-conditioning was not working. There was holes all around the air-conditioning so hot air could flow in the room. pool was not in working condition. It was drained, walking down the hallways his dog hair everywhere housekeeping did not clean the room. There was crumbs from old food from the last stay, the water was not pressurized. There was cockroaches in the room and dead ones on the sink counter. There was moths on the wall. The bed is cheap and the thinness mattress most of all it smelt like pot and urine. Management only cared about the money and when I asked for a refund, I didn’t get a read my read my whole booking as it was the worst hotel I ever have been at try to ring booking don.com for the refund also as I got told that that’s what I had to do rang the facility this American best and they told me no and hung up on me straight away. I used our face washer and that’s why they didn’t give me a refund because I use the face washer, and it was wet and on the bed because when I saw the cockroach, I had to shake my clothes out of my bag to make sure there was no cockroaches in my bag, and I wiped down my suitcase to make sure there was nothing so I do not transfer cockroaches to another hotel and to my home so I washed down with the face washer with my bag and they told me no I can’t get the refund because I use the face wash washer this hotel should not even be in the scale of best American in. It is the worst hotel for anyone to stay. I only stayed there for four hours and drove back home because it was disgusting. . I was willing to drive back home in the middle of the night when I saw cockroaches and moth in the room it’s disgusting.

I couldn't stay, things just got worse and worse.

No A/C in the Summer.

AC is not working and there is a very bad smell in the room

The pool was shut down, and a disaster.. so no pool, the Casino, Restraunt, was shut down for Reno’s but didn’t even look like work was being done… so no continental brkfst, no meals on site. The first room we were showed reaked of smoke in a no smoking building, so got moved to a room, that was at least acceptable, for the value. But overall NOT what we paid for.

Very run down building. It appears most rooms are rented by week or month.

Exposed wires everywhere. Dirty sheets. Like literally dirt and leaves in the sheet. There where 4 different kinds of dog hair. Dust bunnies everywhere. Broken wood on bedtime. Rusted metal cut partners leg right off the bat walking by the bed. One of the lights didnt work. Mold in the shower. Went down right away to cancel stay and get a refund. THEY ARE DODGING MY CALLS STILL AND WILL NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY. do not go here. You will be comfier sleeping in your car or on the sidewalk. Safer too.

Nothing at all.

My room was not clean. It still had dirty towels and trash in the garbage cans.i was so tired from driving i just wanted to sleep.
