Lovelynplace but way too far away from Swansea avoid if you want to be in the city Centre
Pros:

The room was nice and the staff were very friendly

Cons:

The location. Booking.com said it was near the City Centre when infact it was in Neath and cost £30 to get to and from Swansea.

Could be much better with a little TLC
Pros:

Good location just outside the main high street, breakfast was excellent and the staff were super friendly and helpful

Cons:

Not much parking available due to a decking extension, the upstairs part of the pub where the rooms are is a little worn and tired and could be with refurbishment.

Convenient venue.
Pros:

The location was ideal for me. This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this venue and will stay again.
The staff have always been friendly and please to help at any time. I was attending a funeral which was late in the afternoon but they allowed me to have a late checkout which helped me a great deal.

Cons:

Car parking is limited, but it does ease once the locals have left however there are other places very near to park for free the staff will advise where to go.

Very good, just the location was a little too far for my needs
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, the location for me wasn’t very good as I needed to be in Swansea, and found the distance a little far

Was ok but wouldn’t return unless as lot of TLC was applied
Pros:

Staff were lovely, breakfast was tasty and large portions

Cons:

Facilities and cleanliness. When I arrived light in room wasn’t working not working so had to buy a drink in the bar while I waited for them to find a bulb. TV controls were very inherited in working and couldn’t receive basic channels on tv. Place needs a lot of TLC x
