Perfect Spot in Samarakand!!
Pros:

Locattion is perfect! A block from Regisan square, lots of markets around.and a great coffee bar (sipme) around the corner. Breakfast included and very nice. Laundry was reasonably priced! Rooms super clean and refreshed daily. Water pressure was very good and quick hot water. Kind helpful staff! Felt very homey, we had rhe family room so it was a great size!

Cons:

Beds and pillows firm.

Quirky but a Bit Noisy
Pros:

It's a quirky hotel that would not be out of place on beach in Goa. The location is brilliant, only a couple of hundred metres from the Registan. Our room was clean and well equipped with very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and even gave us a small present when we checked out.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor and there was noise from adjoing roons. In particular the noise from people moving about in the room above was disturbing, waking us up about 3am on two nights as people checked out.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett, super Lage und liebevolles Frühstück! Drei der Tol Dightseeing jightlights sind um die Ecke!!!

Cons:

Nachts war das Wasser mal kurz ausgestellt, aber es war glaube ich eine Reperatur.

Disappointed compared to reviews. Average at best
Pros:

Cute hotel in good location, which we booked due to strong reviews. Nice breakfast

Cons:

We had a family room but it was quite small. Baby cot provided was broken. Bathrooms sink had hairs over it. Bed was rock hard. We were quite disappointed considering the reviews we read.

Pros:

The location was great, close to Registan Square, and the breakfast was a real highlight, I looked forward to it each morning. Our room was clean, and I loved the atmosphere of the hotel itself.
We also really appreciated the gift we received at checkout. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

Pros:

My wife and I were visiting Samarkand for a conference, and are ever-grateful for the warm hospitality and considerate care shown by this wonderful family - Nazim, Nadir, and their parents were SUPER considerate, flexible in every way possible, and made our stay a memorable one.

The highlight of our stay were the morning breakfasts served in the courtyard by the family - freshly brewed tea/coffee, fresh fruit, dry fruit and nuts, local delicacies, and tasy, hot breakfast items, all served with smiling faces and ever-solicitous manner.

We will never forget our stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. To our hosts - we wish you all success! You deserve it for all you did to make our stay special!

Pros:

Расположение идеально, не слышно шума от центра, очень тихо. По утрам воркуют горлицы, у которых под крышей есть гнездышко. В отеле очень много интересных аутентичных вещей, во дворе есть топчан, где приятно завтракать утром. В обед рядом готовят плов. В номерах поддерживается постоянный порядок. Очень приветливый персонал, а черно-белый котик, живущий во дворе, добавляет уюта.

Pros:

Very close to Registan square and almost next door to a good restaurant. Very nice owners and breakfast

L’endroit où vous serez au mieux pour un séjour à Samarcande
Pros:

L’accueil ressemble presque à une guest house pour ce petit hôtel très agréable à réellement quelques pas du Registan et pas loin des plus beaux endroits les plus beaux de Samarcande. Petits déjeuners copieux et changeant chaque jour, service de chambre quotidien, une cour très cosy où nous avons pu manger tranquillement l’un des meilleurs plovs que nous ayons dégustés, cuisiné par le restaurant lié à l’hôtel qui donne sur la rue.
