Fantastic short visit.
Pros:

Lovely warm reception from Barry and the team, cozy and comfortable room, the property is under renovation at the moment and I look forward to seeing the end result. I had the opportunity of using the newly renovated function room which is fantastic, with attentive staff and homely food. The early evening sunset views over the Solway are a must see!

The noise from a large parry that arrived very late and left very early making considerable noissle by shouting up and down the corridor whikst banging on doors.
