The service at the restaurant was bad, on the second day there was only one waitress serving all of us, it is really sad because the food was nice. Please improve on this!!!

Hotel rooms and passage is breathtaking very fresh and clean.
Pros:

I like the fact that there are 3 restaurants, a fine dinning and a groovy if you want to go down. I’m little not impressed with the pool it’s small and doesn’t give tranquility vibes. The hotel is clean and I give it a four start

Pros:

Room was well appointed and well equipped. Were pleasantly surprised to find our own iron and ironing board in the room.

Cons:

Low water pressure in the shower and the air-conditioner was difficult to operate. No writing paper or pen in the room. Toilet flusher only worked on 2, not on 1. There was constant dripping of water from the cistern into the bowl of the toilet.

Had to wait for 15 min at the reception because receptionist was not here, the is no bell to notify the staff that the is someone at the reception.
I the morning, during my check out, I was assisted by a lady who was working at the restaurant because there was no receptionist on site.
