Pros:

Not one thing. .Hotel staff refused to acknowledge that room was booked and paid for.

Cons:

Hotel reception claimed that room was not booked and paid for and that Booking.com did not advise them of the room booking and they had not received any payment from Booking.com. I am very annoyed and upset that I could not have a room after a long journey from Adelaide South Australia. .I was offered a a room for one night if I paid. Totally unacceptable.
